Great service…the technician was on time and was very clear in diagnosing the problem. He was extremely responsive and worked very fast. He also determined that a part that he had recommended replacing didn’t actually need replacing and adjusted my final cost accordingly

Truly outstanding service, exceeded all expectations. Called this morning at 9:30AM, appointment made for 3:30-6PM this afternoon. Technician arrived at 4PM, in the snow, and fixed the issue in about 30min. Technician could not have been more polite. If there was a 6th star available, I would have given it. Highly recommend this service.

I can't say enough good things about Jamal. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He explained why our garage door failed and outlined our options, including financing. We decided to replace both of our 23-year-old garage door openers. The job was done in about two hours. Jamal then patiently taught me how to operate the garage door openers and program them to our cars. He provided outstanding service and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. I also appreciate the next day response and communication from Precision.

Mr Jamal Crosby is the best of the best. He was very punctual, clearly articulated the issues, and proposed a set of actions that fixed a three and a half year headache with the automatic garage opener. At a time of high demand for quality technicians, but a lack of supply, I thank my lucky stars to have been favoured with Jamal to come out and handle the job. His knowledge, efficiency, and cooperation was heavenly. I thank my lucky stars to have been favoured with Jamal to come out and handle the job.

Hello to all. So timing is everything right ? It so happens I needed a repair team to com and look at my garage door. Happened to see one of your trucks the day before and decided I’m going to call that company. Long story short I called and the next day a friendly worker arrives. He knew about my problem and explained a couple of scenarios to me. My experience was the best. Would have them back any time. Thanks again. The Mancuso’s
