Within an hour of my call, a service provider from Precision was at my home. I was having problems with a 20-year old garage door opener and the options for replacing it were explained to me. We finally agreed that the best option was to service the current opener and see if it would provide months/years of good service. We have been Precision door customers for years for a good reason. When my garage door spring snapped, I called for help immediately since we couldn't get our car out of the garage. Within 24 hours, we not only had an appointment but we had everything fixed!
