Sherman was timely, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable when it came to all the questions and concerns I had. He came prepared and ready to get to work. He immediately assessed the issue and even suggested additional services and packages that would save us money and time in the future. I was working from home that day on calls and meetings. He was sure to keep the noise down and made himself scarce. He was done in no time at all and clearly explained all that he did to complete the repair. We’ve already recommended this company to some of our neighbors that had their houses built around the same time as us that may soon experience garage door issues. Happy to do business with Precision and a pleasure working with Sherman.

The technician, Rick arrived when he said he would and changed the springs and performed an inspection within an hour of arrival. He was very courteous and cleaned up after the installation of the new springs. Rick informed me that the old springs were not the proper weight for my insulated garage door.
