The technician, Derrick, went above and beyond when installing a new garage door opener. He fixed a poorly installed door track brace and lubricated all door hinges and springs. Our old sticky, noisy door is now very quiet and smooth. The install and service was very professional.

While trying to leave the house, my garage door would not open. I noticed the spring was broken. I queried the Frederick area and found your company rated five stars. Operator was very courteous and they could come that day to resolve problem. Technician Tito arrived in the time window given. He was very courteous and knowledgeable with what needed to be replaced and to resolve the problem. From the beginning our garage door was always noisy and after Tito replaced necessary parts for repairs, we now have a noise free operating door. If all the employees workmanship are like Tito’s, I would highly recommend Precision Door service.

We are thrilled with the job Tito did on our garage door. The door was installed over 30 years ago and had gotten to the point where it was extremely difficult to open. I called Precision and was thrilled that they were able to come out the very next day! Tito arrived promptly the next morning and diagnosed the problems in a short amount of time. His recommendations made complete sense and we agreed to the work. Our garage door now opens so smoothly and effortlessly that you barely hear it opening or closing. We also opted for a garage door opener too which we did not have previously for this door. It too works great! We highly recommend Precision and especially Tito! I called Saturday mid-morning and was glad to hear that I could have someone come out to my home and hopefully fix my garage door that had just broke a spring that morning. Called first thing Thursday morning and the call was answered right away. I explained the situation, we had a broken latch when you secure the door and could not find the keys. The one who answered the phone said “we can fix that”. (We needed it fixed by the next Sunday”. Technician came when promised, was top notch professional and explained what was needed. A part needed to be ordered and they were here the next day. Repair was quick and he went over what was fixed visually. Payment was high tech! 15 out of 10 stars….

Pushy sales tactics - wouldn’t leave until I agreed to something. Tried to upsell services I didn’t ask for. Tried to get me to call my husband to agree to work. All I wanted was a quote so I could compare with other companies. They were able to come quickly and did do the work but he had to take a picture of my card and I have no assurance the info was deleted. I had to order a new card. My husband is disappointed with the work done - they installed the opener not level. We won’t be back for the rest of the servicing needed.

There should be a 10 Star option! From my initial conversation setting up my appointment to the stellar professional work completed by Chris B., this was by far the smoothest operation by a service tech we’ve ever experienced in our home. Our spring snapped on a Sunday, I called to set up the appointment on Monday and the job was finished at MY convenience on Tuesday. Chris arrived and quickly set out to complete his 25 point inspection of the entire garage door and all the mechanisms. 15 minutes later he showed me that not only did the spring obviously need to be replaced, but the rollers, back plates, pins, cables, sensors and fifteen year old motor should all be replaced as they were close to the end of their lifespan. He then wrote up and explained four options, explaining each in detail. We decided on the best option and Chris went to work. All the work was completed in under 3 hours at which point Chris walked me through and showed me in great detail what had been repaired. Now we have a brand new, WiFi enabled safe and fully functional garage door system. After answering ALL my questions, including whether I needed help setting up the system, Chris completely cleaned the space and thanked me for choosing Percision. I am THROUGHLY SATISFIED with Percision Door Service and will ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to friends and family in need of garage door/system repair. One more item….give Chris B. a raise, he deserves it for his courtesy, professionalism, timelines & knowledge! ????????????????????

Had problems harage ,and called within 30min. gentleman arrived he sujested two options one was to repair garage the other was to replace metal rollers to stop the noise. I sad fine . within an hour he was done paid and gone. Would I use Precision Again? YES AAA++++ GEORGE
