Lane & Kyler were very efficient & polite. They left the work space clean following the project. It was great to have the work completed the same day so we didn't have to leave our vehicle out of the garage over night in the "dead of winter." We are very pleased with the work that was completed.

We bought our two garage doors and openers from Precision, so when we experienced an issue with one on Christmas Eve late they gave me the first a available which was the Sunday the day after Christmas. We were pleased with the whole process.

The customer service provided by Precision was excellent from start to finish! I spoke with Emily and Becca, who were both very pleasant, patient, and helpful. Rick was the technician who provided the service and was also pleasant and professional as he followed COVID -19 precautions while doing his job. He was very helpful and and did a great job explaining what could be wrong and the thought process for problem solving the issue. He also explained my options for repair and patiently answered all my questions. I appreciate that Rick didn’t try to sell me more than I needed when I thought I might need more, like a new garage door. Everything that needed to get installed was and with some lubrication to the door, it’s working like a charm and sounds like new! I would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to anyone with any garage door concerns!
