My garage door would not close after it was opened. I contacted Precision and they were able to have technician Austin come out the next day. Austin explained what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail what cause the problem and how to alleviate it from happening again. He also checked the system and gave me an overall assessment of my garage door, panel, and parts for future repairs and service. He was very courteous and professional. Austin provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again!

They were able to figure out what the issues where others had failed. It was simple the garage door trim was old and sticking to doors. So when you open the doors they were sticking to the trim pulling of the doors stopping them from opening sometimes. Thanks. I will update when they return to make the repairs.

Technician Austin A. came out to repair my garage door as it was problematic in raising and lowering the manual wooden garage door. He recommended that my garage door would need new hardware (springs, cables, guide wire, neoprene roller casters and etc.) to make it easier for me to raise and lower it with the mechanical improvements he would install. Now, my garage door works smooth and great and no more rumbling noisy sound it used to have when raising and lowering it. Austin A. was courteous, polite and is a true craftsman at his trade. I will always use Precision Garage Door for all routine and major repairs. Craig Smith .
