I recently had a garage door opener installed by Precision Garage Door Service and I'm very satisfied with the overall experience. The technician arrived on time, was professional, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the process. As it turned out, my 20-year-old door opener had had it's best days. The installation of a new door opener was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain how the system works and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. They even programmed my car to the new door opener. The opener itself operates quietly and smoothly, which is a huge improvement over my previous system and has many bells and whistles relative to today's technology. I also appreciated how clean they left the work area. If you're considering having a garage door opener repaired or installed, I'd highly recommend Precision for their reliability, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

Austin was amazing. He explained everything. Although he had a list of things to fix since my garage door is an older wooden one I just had the springs replaced. Which didn’t take long to fix at all. Austin explained where and how things work together to open and close the door. It was very helpful. I can now get my car out of the garage!!

Let’s start with your website, very easy to navigate and very motivating. I got an appointment for the exact day and time that worked for me. The day of my appointment I got a text and an email introducing my technician and telling a little bit about himself. The picture was a nice touch. It let me know the person that showed up was who he said he was. We looked at the door together and talked through the problem. Austin was professional, knowledgeable ,friendly and got the job done well in a reasonable time frame.

My garage door would not close after it was opened. I contacted Precision and they were able to have technician Austin come out the next day. Austin explained what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail what cause the problem and how to alleviate it from happening again. He also checked the system and gave me an overall assessment of my garage door, panel, and parts for future repairs and service. He was very courteous and professional. Austin provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again!

Austin and Elijah were very professional in detailing what our options were with our garage door. They explained the option in fixing the door and what it will be to replace the door. We elected to replace the door. I liked their honesty, knowledge, they were very courteous, and most helpful in securing our broken garage door until it is replaced. We were impress with your rating and your quick response is why we chose your company. Bobby and Cassandra Anderson

I was completely satisfied with my experience with the Precision team. Austin was friendly, professional - made me feel totally comfortable, and I really appreciated how Precision kept me apprised of when Austin would be arriving. I wish that Precision Doors were available to do all my home maintenance projects as it was a pleasure dealing with their organization and people. And now with new springs, bearings, etc., my garage door is quieter than I can ever remember previously. Thank you!

They were able to figure out what the issues where others had failed. It was simple the garage door trim was old and sticking to doors. So when you open the doors they were sticking to the trim pulling of the doors stopping them from opening sometimes. Thanks. I will update when they return to make the repairs.

The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The service was good. The price for the service was much higher than other garage door companies. Unfortunately, I found out too late, because I didn't get additional estimates until just before the precision technicians arrived.

I needed to get my garage door fixed in Chevy Chase, MD. It was not closing down to the floor. When I called for the repair, Precision Garage Door of Frederick responded promptly, the same day, and fixed it. The price was reasonable, particularly considering how quickly they came to my home and repaired the problem.
