I called Precision because it was close to our home. Austin came out that same day and after examining our garage door, diagnosed the problem, and gave us three good options for getting it working again. The repair was done quickly and professionally! Would definitely call them again if needed!

From the initial intake person, “Alex”, who patiently answered all of my inquiries/concerns . . . to the Technician, Austin A., I must say I was very impressed with Precision. In this not-so-safe world we live in, I liked that Precision had pics of all their technicians along with a brief background and their respective reviews. The Technician, Austin A. was on time, assessed the problem(s), thoroughly explained my options to remedy the situation, was professional, knowledgeable, and exuded a pleasant demeanor. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to friends and family. Thank you!!

Technician Austin A. came out to repair my garage door as it was problematic in raising and lowering the manual wooden garage door. He recommended that my garage door would need new hardware (springs, cables, guide wire, neoprene roller casters and etc.) to make it easier for me to raise and lower it with the mechanical improvements he would install. Now, my garage door works smooth and great and no more rumbling noisy sound it used to have when raising and lowering it. Austin A. was courteous, polite and is a true craftsman at his trade. I will always use Precision Garage Door for all routine and major repairs. Craig Smith .

I needed my garage door repaired and Googled a garage door company in general. Precision Garage Door was first on the list. I had no preference in companies. I took a chance in making an appointment online as opposed to making a phone call. I was pleased with the ease of navigating the website to make an appointment. I chose a 2-4pm window for the appointment. Austin was my technician, but his information led him to my house at 1pm, for somehow that was the time that was given to him. Not a big deal. I would have, however, appreciated a confirmation text/email on the date of the repair confirming that Austin would be there. Austin was very pleasant, professional, friendly and thorough.

Austin called to say he was on his way. Upon arrival he greeted me & asked about my concerns. He examined my existing garage system & presented his findings. I discussed all options then made my choices. Austin worked diligently & seamlessly installing my new garage system. He answered my numerous questions in such a calm & patient manner. When he completed my install I was so happy to be able to utilize the garage door opener again. The manual system was so stressful. Austin was a very professional & knowledgeable Technician who I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for sending him out.

Austin was terrific, very professional. I just don’t understand why you charged almost $1200 to change the door springs when the national average is $200-400. I needed it done, but I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

Austin was super. He arrived on time, installed a new opener, checked the garage door, wires, gears, sensors, garage cartridge, wires, belts and the lift master. We only needed to replace the opener. So glad he took the time to look over our device to make sure every part was working. He needs to upgrade to be a trainer to new hires.

Thank you for your very prompt responce! First I want to thank Auston A He was so polite and a great tech. My doors needed more help then I knew about. They run smother then they did 6 years ago when installed.I went with the complete overhaul package and the doors are working great. I only called about one door with a broken spring. But my Wife and I thought both doors have had the same cycles so we decided to have both overhauled.FYI Have both doors done at the same time to save your self another broblem.
