Another great job by Precision Garage Door! Friendly and knowledgeable techs, quick scheduling and good availability in a pinch, and great workmanship for a fair price. Today's call was just for a minor repair issue, but it went off without a hitch as expected and we were back up and running within about thirty minutes. Good recommendations for future work and maintenance as well. It's great having a reliable company as a go-to when issues come up, and Precision Garage Door is just that.

We had one of two springs replaced earlier this year. Low and behold the other spring broke Friday. That evening I logged on to the Precision site and scheduled for replacement. We were pleased to find a spot for Saturday (next day). We were assigned technician Austin and were beyond satisfied with his mannerism, knowledge, non-pushy fashion of work. Before the work commenced, my husband informed Austin of our plans for complete mechanisms/parts replacement through Precision. Austin listened and started he'd be happy to come back and meet all of our garage door needs. We will be requesting Austin from this day forward when using Precision. As well, we'll be sharing our experience with family and friends alike.

Warranty repair on a new garage door install. While we were disappointed the garage door broke (cable got caught and slammed shut) after a new install just a few months ago, the repair process was fast. Ron came and fixed the door within 48h and explained everything in detail. Super job.

This company saved the weekend! My garage door spring broke around 4pm on Friday July 3. Called Precision and they sent help the very next day. Technician arrived early, explained the process, gave me a few quotes on work that could be done and was finished in less than an hour. I found my new garage door company!

Precision has been the go-to for me and the prior owner of our townhome for over two decades. For us, they installed our garage door 8 years ago and were honest that our Craftsman motor was still operational. They did not upsell. Then, this past weekend, our 27 year old Craftsman met its maker. On weekend, through schedule features on Precision's website, we got an appointment for Monday. Pat explained all options patiently, including how to maintain the coils and other features properly. He was effective and efficient. They are not cheap, but you would get what you pay for if you skimped.

I had Precision Garage Doors out to my house a year and a half ago to replace a motor and chain. When the cable snapped on my garage door I called Precision again. Patrick Villiard, service tech, determined that the coil had also broken. Noting that many parts were over 20 years old, I decided to update the old parts. Patrick worked effectively and left the work area clean. He is a great representative for the company.

A friend of mine recommended calling Precision Garage Door, saying that the person who came out to help him was very kind and experienced and had no difficulty finding and fixing the problem. Pat came out today, on a Sunday, and I had the same experience: he was kind and experienced and had no difficulty finding and fixing the problem. He went above and beyond in explaining what was wrong and what may need to be done in the future. He also oiled some of the framework of my garage, to minimize problems in the future. He not only fixed the problem with my garage door, but also helped me understand much more about them and was incredibly thoughtful and considerate.

When the pulley system on one of my garage doors needed repair, I contacted Precision which sent a technician the very next day. I met Jamal that day and he installed a torsion system and new motor for each of the two garage doors. Jamal impressed me from the start. He was thorough in his explanations, very patient in answering my questions, and cleaned up the garage area after he was through working. Though he spent nearly all day installing these systems, Jamal never appeared to rush through the job, even re-doing some parts until he was satisfied with the outcome. He is a true professional and I hope that if I need Precision again I can request him to return.
