My technician was Robert Schenck. If all technicians from different businesses were like him, I would always use that company. He took his time and went over all issues that was needed to repair and gave me a cost up front. He ran into a problem that I did not know I had and figured it out for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. We went over everything before he left and I was very comfortable and happy with the results. Trust me, if you request him you will not be disappointed.

August 18, 2026 Hello Precision Garage Door Evaluation Team: Today, I received Garage Door Service at my home, 1704 Golf Course Drive, in Bowie, Maryland. The Technician, Mr. Craig Taylor, was excellent in providing service and repairing our Garage Door Panel, which had malfunctioned. He reprogramed the panel and also fixed one of the remotes which he said may have caused the Garage Door problem of opening without being activated. After reprogramming the panel and then fixing the remote, Craig gave me some tips on how to maintain our Garage Door between routine visits by your company. Craig is truly an outstanding Technician who cares about his customers. Craig really deserves these five stars. Sincerely, Ronald Zeigler, Customer

Another great job by Precision Garage Door! Friendly and knowledgeable techs, quick scheduling and good availability in a pinch, and great workmanship for a fair price. Today's call was just for a minor repair issue, but it went off without a hitch as expected and we were back up and running within about thirty minutes. Good recommendations for future work and maintenance as well. It's great having a reliable company as a go-to when issues come up, and Precision Garage Door is just that.

Precision responded to my home to repair my garage door in 2022 and did fantastic work. Brian Tindall was fantastic and a true expert in this field. He was detailed with the information that was important to me regarding making a decision on what was best for the service requested.

We had one of two springs replaced earlier this year. Low and behold the other spring broke Friday. That evening I logged on to the Precision site and scheduled for replacement. We were pleased to find a spot for Saturday (next day). We were assigned technician Austin and were beyond satisfied with his mannerism, knowledge, non-pushy fashion of work. Before the work commenced, my husband informed Austin of our plans for complete mechanisms/parts replacement through Precision. Austin listened and started he'd be happy to come back and meet all of our garage door needs. We will be requesting Austin from this day forward when using Precision. As well, we'll be sharing our experience with family and friends alike.
