I highly recommend Precision. I was very pleased with their service. Brent the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I originally thought I had to replace the garage opener but he told me he could fix it and he did. I want to note that a previous company told me the opener had to be replaced and quoted me a ridiculous price. He didn’t price gorge me and told me exactly what needed to be done. He made suggestions to me on future work I may need. He was very thorough and went over everything with me. I appreciate the honest evaluation of what needed to be done and the cost was within my budget.

I also want to specifically recognize Hunter, the technician, for going above and beyond. He was not only knowledgeable, but also thoughtful and considerate throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, complete the repair, and make sure I understood what was done. I especially appreciated that he explained how to properly maintain my garage door over time so I can hopefully reduce or avoid costly repairs in the future.
