This afternoon one of Precision's technicians by the name of Derrick came by my home to repair my garage door. He showed up earlier than expected and presented himself in a very professional manner. He was knowledgeable and explained what were the possible causes so that I understand in the future what to look for. He was very quick, efficient, and very friendly. The best part was that I had originally used Precision last June and they lived up to their guaranteed warranty, so today's visit was covered and I did not have to pay anything out of my pocket!

The technician, Derrick, went above and beyond when installing a new garage door opener. He fixed a poorly installed door track brace and lubricated all door hinges and springs. Our old sticky, noisy door is now very quiet and smooth. The install and service was very professional.

Derrick was my technician. My problem was my garage door going up and down at random times. I explained the history of the problem which had included calling the manufactures website and another company having been hired. He actually listened, reviewed what had been done and not done. He inspected the unit, redid some of the work and identified that the opening unit on the wall “that had been rep;aced” by the other company had indeed NOT been replaced. (I was charged for a new unit) Derrick redid the wiring and charged me for a service call. He did not try to sell me any “extras” or declare I needed a new unit. He also left his card and told me if his work did not fix the problem, he would be back as I probably would need a new “logic board” Derrick also reprogrammed my remote and my car. He also showed me how to lock the door from the remote on the wall. My faith in garage door technicians is restored. I’m highly recommending him and Precision to our neighborhood list of vendors.

We called for an after hours repair and the tech was onsite within an hour. Instead of simply repairing the issue at hand, he offered tips and recommendations for repairs (that should have been installed when the home was built). He was very polite and quick to make the fixes. Great service!

The technician, Derrick E., was very courteous and professional. I appreciate that he tried to salvage my 24-year-old garage door opener, but, as I suspected, it was time for a replacement. Derrick did a good job explaining new garage door options, then proceeded to install the new system. He also spent additional time to install garage door pulleys, springs and rollers. I was satisfied with his work as well as his demeaner.

Spring broke Saturday evening. Called precision Sunday morning and they were at my house Sunday afternoon to make the repair. The service was great and watching Derrick was watching a master performing his art. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Great Experience with Precision. Derrick (I think that was his name), called before he arrived and was on time. He assessed the initial problem, then did an inspection of the entire garage door. He made recommendations on how to secure the lower panel that had been slightly dented due to a vehicle backing into the door. He performed the work quickly and the pricing was fair.
