I had two Liftmaster motors that were over 30 years old and one had failed completely. Our service tech (Chris) arrived right on schedule and installed two new systems with rollers and wires and two new motors. Chris was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He worked steadily for 4 hours, resulting in smooth, quiet and efficient doors. We were extremely satisfied.

Yes,glad to give a review. The tech who came to repair my garage door was very personal and informed. I had complained about the door being too noisy and he said it needed heavier springs and set about doing that and checking everything else on the door oiling,etc. I am very pleased with his service and would not hesitate to call again with any problems and he assured me that I would not need him again for a long time.

Pushy sales tactics - wouldn’t leave until I agreed to something. Tried to upsell services I didn’t ask for. Tried to get me to call my husband to agree to work. All I wanted was a quote so I could compare with other companies. They were able to come quickly and did do the work but he had to take a picture of my card and I have no assurance the info was deleted. I had to order a new card. My husband is disappointed with the work done - they installed the opener not level. We won’t be back for the rest of the servicing needed.

While Chris the tech seemed nice and knowledgeable about garage doors, the prices charged for a door tune up seemed to be high - $250 for per door for a tune up where all he did was lubricate one of the doors appears a bit much. The other door he at least had to get out his drill/driver and adjust the tracks. I will definitely check pricing with other firms next time I need a tune up. You have a highly profitable business where you can collect $629 for an hours worth of work. Glad I fixed my other door myself and saved some money.

Repairman arrived three hours after initial call as stated. He wasted no time with the inspection and work proposal; starting to work right after accepting the estimate. The company van was fully stocked and the items needed were easily within reach. The repairman worked alone in 96 degree heat without a break or complaint! I’d give you 10 stars if I could! Chris was absolutely delightful, totally honest, explained everything so clearly, and on top of all that has a great sense of humor! But of course the most important part is he did a great job at doing some repairs on my garage door and pad, and letting me know why they were needed after he had inspected it. Everything is running smoothly now and I feel like everything is much safer. Chris is awesome and I hope the company recognizes that and rewards him somehow. Garage door were very noisy when opening and closing. Contacted Precision garage doors based on bbb rating of A+ and reviews. Was able to get an appointment convenient to my schedule. Chris C, the t3chnicisn, arrived exactly on time. I explained the problem, he listened and then performed a system check. He concluded the doors were fine, openers were fine, but there was noticeable tear and tear on the moving parts which support the door, spring, tension cables, drums, etc. He then worked up an estimate and explained what was going to be done. He completed the work in the time estimated and showed me the results. Excellent job. Job site was clean.

We were very pleased with the repairs and upgrade on our garage door. Your representative, Chris, was very well informed, clearly experienced with his craft, and patient with questions. The following should not be included in the review because it is a very minor criticism, but the phone jingle about garage doors that greets your callers sounded off-key and was repeated time after time after time while I waited to be connected. It probably does more to encourage clients to hang up rather than sell your product.

Cris did the repair of our garage problem. He was very pleasant and friendly. Repaired two motors, springs, and any other problems we had. He had all the equipment to do the job in his van, and did a very good job. He arrived about 2:30 pm and did not leave until the job was complete, and that was about 9:30 that evening. I would give him a 5 star rating.

Long story short, broke a spring, called the company I used before , told me Two days before they could come , called Precision . They came out with in 3 hours , Chris ,the tech, went over the door , my door was 32 years old , so the rebuild the entire door and replaced the motor . Everything works great , and did it in about 5 hours , very happy with the work and the price was good , will use them again for sure .
