My technician was Robert Schenck. If all technicians from different businesses were like him, I would always use that company. He took his time and went over all issues that was needed to repair and gave me a cost up front. He ran into a problem that I did not know I had and figured it out for me. I am happy with the new opener installed during the visit. However, I mentioned to Robert that the door seemed stuck the first time I open it in the morning and the old opener would struggle to first open it. Well, the door still behaves as if stuck and the opener struggles at first to move it. I'd like for this to be fixed.
