I have used Precision door for roughly five years. I really don't know where to start with praise for this company. So, I begin with honesty and integrity. They never try to upcharge you, when they diagnose your problem. They are honest and give you options to remedy your problem. Next, they are reliable - they come when they say they'll come. When they arrive you will meet a friendly and helpful technician (I don't know where they find these people; but, I wish other businesses would do the same). Finally, they honor their warranties. If you ever have a problem with your garage door or closer, Precision is the only one to call.

Our technician, Tito, was excellent. Extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He knew just what to do to fix our problem the right way. The garage door opener is now "purring" like never before. Tito noticed a broken part on the door itself. Jay did a phenomenal job replacing my torsion springs. He presented 2 quote options and upon my review/approval, he replaced the springs, center bearing and torsion cables. The total job took about 45 minutes to complete. Jay was very professional and I will definitely refer you guys to my friends & family.

The Best!!! Unfortunately, this was not my 1st choice for garage door repair but should have been. Now I know, better! The technician, Brent, has to be the best service technician ever!!! He explained everything that was wrong, what he could do to repair them, gave me options to choose which I wanted and informed me how long it would take to repair. I can't recommend this company enough. Several companies have come to my home over the years to repair and replace the garage door and related equipment. Last year, a company came to replace the tracking and install a new electronic system. It never worked properly and the electronic installation was poor. I looked at all the reviews for garage door services and each was well regarded, even the prior company I used. I took a shot with Precision and boy was I lucky. Made a phone call first thing on a Saturday morning and within several hours, Jamall, our technician was here. Jamal did a thorough inspection and found that while the garage door opener was 20+ years old it was the electrical outlet that needed to be replaced. I appreciate his time and expertise as well as his quick turnaround. I will definitely call precision once again if needed.
