Jamal was fantastic. Walked through my options when I needed to replace my motor, explaining everything in clear detail and not technical jargon. When we agreed on a solution, he worked quickly - in the cold and rain - to fix my garage door and make sure everything was perfect. Jamal was great, highly recommend.

Outstanding serve. We were able to contact an agent directly by phone on a Sunday night and she scheduled a technician to come out to do our repair in less than 48 hours. Because this repair took place on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, we were naturally anxious about getting it done quickly as we had family plans in the evening. But we were delighted with our technician, Jared, who was polite and very capable. He explained clearly what he proposed to do and proceeded to do the repair in an expeditious manner. We would recommend Precision Repair to anyone for top service.

I can't say enough good things about Jamal. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He explained why our garage door failed and outlined our options, including financing. We decided to replace both of our 23-year-old garage door openers. The job was done in about two hours. Jamal then patiently taught me how to operate the garage door openers and program them to our cars. He provided outstanding service and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. I also appreciate the next day response and communication from Precision.

I submitted a request through Angi and Precision Garage Door Service responded not only with a call but a text and voice message. I decided to give them a call back and was delighted to know they were able to attend to my dilemma so quickly (with the holidays I was expecting a later service). Brent was asked to come to my house. Both Brent and the company let me know when he was coming and kept me up to speed with both text and e-mail messages. Great communication! Once at the house Brent assessed the problems with my garage door and immediately offered solutions to fix the problem. Brent was great to deal with and he gave me an estimate for all work. I called in the morning to see if someone was able to repair my garage door which was on track. The lady I spoke to said someone could be there between 1030-1. Brent Christopher Evans gave me a call. He said he would be there in 30 mins. He arrived early. He looked at my door gave me estimate on repairs. He explained everything that needed to be done. He got started and was done in about hour. Brent was very knowledgable. He did a excellent job. I will be calling Precision again if needed. This is second time they have repaired my door. Thanks again for great job

I called this morning and was able to get same day service. The technician, Jared, called to say that he could meet earlier than expected and would that work out for me. My garage door would not close after it was opened. I contacted Precision and they were able to have technician Austin come out the next day. Austin explained what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail what cause the problem and how to alleviate it from happening again. He also checked the system and gave me an overall assessment of my garage door, panel, and parts for future repairs and service. He was very courteous and professional. Austin provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again!
