Our garage door would not open, even by hand: the spring had broken. Precision Door had completed maintenance on the door in 2019 and I was impressed with their work and professionalism, so I called them again. They were courteous and professional and most of all, repaired, upgraded, and replaced parts the same day we called (we were leaving town the next morning so this was very important to us.) Now the door works better than ever! Thank you.

I called and got a live person within seconds. She took down my information and setup an appointment immediately. Brandon came out and immediately found the problem. He explained the issue and the resolution. He corrected the problem immediately. He is such a personable and professional person and a joy to work with. He could not had been more professional and efficient. Within a short time, he had replaced the components and the door was working beautifully! The service was great. I called them in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. The only issue I have was that the cost was more than I expected. I had them program one garage door opener and tune-up another door. The program took about 15 minutes with a bill of 149.00. The tune-up took longer with a labor amount of 249.00. This is a total of 398.00 for about two hours or less work. Based on that labor rate I would not recommend you to have work done. The tech gave me no indication what it was going to cost before he did the work. Based on what I understood was that the job would be evaluated and told an estimate to do the work.

One of my doors was acting up, so I called for service Friday evening and they scheduled me for service Sunday morning. Jay C arrived early (after calling first), and lubricated both doors for me at N/C. Personable and very knowledgeable!

We were so pleased with the service that we received from Precision Garage Door Company from the beginning to the end. Our sales representative and installer were very professional and knowledgeable. We have purchased the high end insulated garage door (Lincoln LI3000) because of Fred’s great sales presentation. Our garage door is everything we were told it would be (high end). We have received so many compliments from our neighbors when we have a “show and tell ????”. Gabriel did an excellent job installing and explaining the maintenance of our garage door.
