Repair of Garage Door Opener Technician Ron was Great! He made some adjustments to one of our garage door openers. He explained what might prevent it from malfunctioning again. We also discussed replacement approximate cost if we decided to do that. I highly recommend the company for similar services.

Service was phenomenal. My technician Bobby was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and patient (I asked a lot of questions.). He broke things down, explained my options, provided recommendations and walked me through everything he did. He assisted with setting new garage codes, connecting the garage door to my vehicle, connecting to the wifi and helping me sign up for the warranty. At no time did I feel like he was trying to 'upsell' me. He provided a genuine, friendly and fast replacement service. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to friends and family.

I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by my technician, Brent. His professionalism and expertise exceeded all my expectations. Brent arrived promptly at the scheduled time, demonstrating his reliability right from the start. During the initial assessment, he clearly outlined the issues with my garage door and provided a detailed quote for the necessary repairs. His explanation of the differences in parts and warranty options was thorough and easy to understand, which made me feel confident in the decisions I was making. Remarkably, Brent completed the repairs in approximately 90 minutes. The result? My garage door is now operating quieter than it ever did—even quieter than when my house was brand new! I wholeheartedly recommend Brent and his team to anyone in need of garage door repairs. Their dedication to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

He was respectful and very helpful. He also helped me understand the life of my current garage motor. He made suggestions concerning what can work for the plans I have to convert my garage into a nicer space. I look forward to working with him this summer, to make my garage a nice futuristic vibe.

Amazing service. Our garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon and our technician, Chris B., was available on a Sunday morning — extremely quick response and professional technician. Not only did Chris come 30 mins before the set appointment window, he was very personable, patiently took the time to answer my questions, provided an inspection of the entire garage door area to assess any damages I did not catch and provided an educative breakdown of each component that needed fixing. I appreciate his time and expertise. Chris was early, patient, personable and an expert in his craft. Highly recommend requesting Chris if you’re in the area.
