I can't recommend this company enough. Several companies have come to my home over the years to repair and replace the garage door and related equipment. Last year, a company came to replace the tracking and install a new electronic system. It never worked properly and the electronic installation was poor. I looked at all the reviews for garage door services and each was well regarded, even the prior company I used. I took a shot with Precision and boy was I lucky. Jared M. from Precision came out and repaired and installed all the faulty work in a courteous, timely and very effective manner. It's like we have a new garage door system. Austin was amazing. He explained everything. Although he had a list of things to fix since my garage door is an older wooden one I just had the springs replaced. Which didn’t take long to fix at all. Austin explained where and how things work together to open and close the door. It was very helpful. I can now get my car out of the garage!!

Made a phone call first thing on a Saturday morning and within several hours, Jamall, our technician was here. Jamal did a thorough inspection and found that while the garage door opener was 20+ years old it was the electrical outlet that needed to be replaced. I appreciate his time and expertise as well as his quick turnaround. I will definitely call precision once again if needed.
