From the moment the doorbell rang, to the farewell and handshake, the technician could not have been more polite, efficient, courteous, and friendly. I was quite honestly floored by how professional the technician performed. I'm only sorry I didn't catch his name to give him a personal review. In terms of response from the company - I called this morning and a technician was at my door under 2 hrs later. Excellent! Thank you!

Brent Evans did an outstanding job replacing my broken garage door spring. He showed up on time, worked quickly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The repair was done efficiently and with zero hassle-no delays, just honest, reliable service. It’s rare to find a technician this professional and dependable. Highly recommend Brent if you need garage door work done right the first time.

I have used Precision door for roughly five years. I really don't know where to start with praise for this company. So, I begin with honesty and integrity. They never try to upcharge you, when they diagnose your problem. They are honest and give you options to remedy your problem. Next, they are reliable - they come when they say they'll come. When they arrive you will meet a friendly and helpful technician (I don't know where they find these people; but, I wish other businesses would do the same). Finally, they honor their warranties. If you ever have a problem with your garage door or closer, Precision is the only one to call.

Our technician, Tito, was excellent. Extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He knew just what to do to fix our problem the right way. The garage door opener is now "purring" like never before. Tito noticed a broken part on the door itself. He was able to repair it, likely saving us the cost of a new garage door in the futre if the problem was left unattended. Thanks, Tito!

The team did a great job. The technician, Jamal Crosby, did an excellent job installing the garage door opener and other needed parts. After the work was completed, Jamal reviewed everything that was done and he answered any questions that I had.

Precision Garage Door not only met, but actually exceeded my expectations. It was easy to make an appointment and the technician (Ron) came on time. Most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and repaired my garage door so now it works better than ever. He was also very careful to explain each and every repair needed, and gave me the option of which to accept for not. I am so happy I choose Precision for my garage door needs, and now proudly display the decal on the inside of my door in case I ever need anything again.

The Best!!! Unfortunately, this was not my 1st choice for garage door repair but should have been. Now I know, better! The technician, Brent, has to be the best service technician ever!!! He explained everything that was wrong, what he could do to repair them, gave me options to choose which I wanted and informed me how long it would take to repair. His disposition, personality and professionalism, is an asset to Precision. If ever I have another issue with my garage door, I am going to personally ask for Brent. Superb Job!!! Just one minor glitch: no receipt, is it possible to email me a receipt for services rendered?

I can't recommend this company enough. Several companies have come to my home over the years to repair and replace the garage door and related equipment. Last year, a company came to replace the tracking and install a new electronic system. It never worked properly and the electronic installation was poor. I looked at all the reviews for garage door services and each was well regarded, even the prior company I used. I took a shot with Precision and boy was I lucky. Jared M. from Precision came out and repaired and installed all the faulty work in a courteous, timely and very effective manner. It's like we have a new garage door system. The bonus is my wife is not yelling at me "to fix the d*mn garage door already." Thanks Jared for the wonderful service and allowing me to have the best night's sleep I've had in months. If you are looking for a garage door company, pick PRECISION and asked for Jared. Sincerely, Barry W.

Thank you for sending Brent to my home for my garage door repair! Brent greeted me at my door with such a pleasant, warm smile. He took the time to patiently explain what the problem was with my garage door. He also explained the parts I needed and gave me an estimate for future repairs. I will request Brent for my future repairs that I will get done. It’s very rare to meet such an exceptional expert with great communication skills and professionalism. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my experience! Thanks again for having such wonderful, professional teammates. Because of Brent’s exceptional customer service along with expert knowledge, I will only use your company for my future garage repairs. In addition, I will recommend your company to my friends and family! Regards, Angela Bishop

Austin was amazing. He explained everything. Although he had a list of things to fix since my garage door is an older wooden one I just had the springs replaced. Which didn’t take long to fix at all. Austin explained where and how things work together to open and close the door. It was very helpful. I can now get my car out of the garage!!
