Truly outstanding service, exceeded all expectations. Called this morning at 9:30AM, appointment made for 3:30-6PM this afternoon. Technician arrived at 4PM, in the snow, and fixed the issue in about 30min. Technician could not have been more polite. If there was a 6th star available, I would have given it. My garage door would not close after it was opened. I contacted Precision and they were able to have technician Austin come out the next day. Austin explained what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail what cause the problem and how to alleviate it from happening again. He also checked the system and gave me an overall assessment of my garage door, panel, and parts for future repairs and service. He was very courteous and professional. Austin provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again!

Outstanding serve. We were able to contact an agent directly by phone on a Sunday night and she scheduled a technician to come out to do our repair in less than 48 hours. Because this repair took place on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, we were naturally anxious about getting it done quickly as we had family plans in the evening.
