I have been a Precision customer for many years, and have always been pleased with the results. Every step of the process is always excellent; from first contact, to scheduling, timeliness, professionalism, finding the problem, and repair. The two technicians, Tavon and Phraatys, were professional and able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it. They explained every step of the way and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Precision!

Austin was super. He arrived on time, installed a new opener, checked the garage door, wires, gears, sensors, garage cartridge, wires, belts and the lift master. We only needed to replace the opener. So glad he took the time to look over our device to make sure every part was working. He needs to upgrade to be a trainer to new hires.

Today on July 3rd 2023 Bobby explain to me cuz I'm kind of hard about learning stuff and he explained to me over and over how to do the garage door open had to shut it and how to put the device on the outside of the garage door and in case I don't have my device in the car and and I can call him if I forget or I have to keep trying everything cuz he told me two or three times I know he had to have good patience with me so I really think he did a good job trying to get it all in my head thank you

It had not been serviced in over 15 years. The workmanship was excellent. The door is now "whisper quiet". The work area was left clean with all debris cleaned up. He assessed the situation and clearly told me my four options. In less than two hours he installed a super new belt very quite new opener motor and all the hardware. Love the look with all the bells and whistles of new technology in my 46 year old garage.

Craig T. did an OUTSTANDING JOB fixing my garage door. He replaced the belt drive rail assembly, replaced 2 torsion springs, replaced 12 rollers and installed galvanized steel orb oper hook up bracket. I offered him snacks, but he would not stop working. He did not even take bathroom / restroom break. He did not stop working till the job was done. He is very courteous, efficient and professional technician !! In addition: Those personnel who answered the office phone; Amy and Tori were very helpful too!!
