I accidentally ran into my dad’s garage and I was panicking. I called Precision and got an appointment immediately. The techs came out and gave me three options for repair. They were patient and detailed in their explanations. The repairs were completed fast and efficient. I will absolutely use them again if another garage repair is needed!

Today I received wonderful service from the tech from Precision service. His name is Brent, he was courteous, and kind and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the issue with the garage and even gave me a tutorial on how to open the garage door if I ever need to do it manually. He repaired the problem in a timely manner. I am a happy customer. I also really appreciate the online platform for making appointments. Kudos to Precision Garage for having that and making it easy for people to get the help they need. I also like the communication done to let me know when the tech was arriving.
