Our opener failed and we had Brandon out to replace it. He was excellent. He knew the products and options. Reviewed my home setup and suggested a few options taking the time to explain the differences in warranties as well as product options. Made the decision easy and the process was wrapped within an hour. Brandon is old school customer service when you could go with a trusted company and get installation and support in one call. Definitely a recommended company and tech.

A spring on our garage door broke and the door failed to operate. Chris did a thorough analysis of the entire garage door system and recommended new springs, rollers, bearings, and other moving parts. He gave us an estimate within 15 minutes, and, after getting our approval, did a complete upgrade to the entire system within about 90 minutes. The garage door now works perfectly. We are very pleased with the entire experience and the end result. Chris and his co-worker did an outstanding job.

Both our garage door openers were very old and needed to be replaced. Chris (C) was our technician. He was very professional, courteous and arrived at the stated time. Did an excellent job and very neat. I would recommend him and Precision. I gave only 4 star rating because it was on the pricey side. However, the overall job was well done.

Ron C, the technician who came to our house today, was very professional, very polite and very thorough in his evaluation of our noisy garage door. He took time to show and explain things to me and was willing to perform the service today, but I declined due to the steep cost. I wasn't expecting to pay so much given we weren't replacing the whole garage door opener/system. After discussing it with my husband, we would like to get a 2nd opinion. I was very impressed with Ron however and give him 5 stars! He seems like a wonderful employee. :) Just thought your prices were really high.

One of my garage doors springs failed on a Sunday at 1:30. I called Precision Garage Door. The person answering the phone was very polite and cordial. A service person was at my house two hours later on a Sunday! The technician's name was Bobby. Bobby called me to inform me that he was on his way. He was on time, extremely polite, very knowledgeable and professional. The job was done efficiently, effectively and to a very high standard. He took the time to explain everything from beginning to end. This was the first time that I used Precision Garage Door, very impressed and will be using in the future and recommend to others.
