I submitted a request through Angi and Precision Garage Door Service responded not only with a call but a text and voice message. I decided to give them a call back and was delighted to know they were able to attend to my dilemma so quickly (with the holidays I was expecting a later service). Brent was asked to come to my house. Both Brent and the company let me know when he was coming and kept me up to speed with both text and e-mail messages. Great communication! Once at the house Brent assessed the problems with my garage door and immediately offered solutions to fix the problem. Brent was great to deal with and he gave me an estimate for all work. I called in the morning to see if someone was able to repair my garage door which was on track. The lady I spoke to said someone could be there between 1030-1. Brent Christopher Evans gave me a call. He said he would be there in 30 mins. He arrived early. He looked at my door gave me estimate on repairs. He explained everything that needed to be done. He got started and was done in about hour. Brent was very knowledgable. He did a excellent job. I will be calling Precision again if needed. This is second time they have repaired my door. Thanks again for great job
