Let’s start with your website, very easy to navigate and very motivating. I got an appointment for the exact day and time that worked for me. The day of my appointment I got a text and an email introducing my technician and telling a little bit about himself. The picture was a nice touch. It let me know the person that showed up was who he said he was. We looked at the door together and talked through the problem. Austin was professional,knowledgeable ,friendly and got the job done well in a reasonable time frame.

Made a quick on line request for service on Monday night for a 1:00 pm next day service appointment to replace a broken torsion spring. Craig arrived on time providing polite, professional and expert service. The total visit took about 1 hour. Since our garage door is fairly new (7-8 years old) and in very good condition I was somewhat surprised that the repair cost (torsion springs and bearings) was about 40% higher than I expected. Perhaps I failed to inquire about possible available discounts. Nevertheless we are really satisfied with Precision.

Truly outstanding service, exceeded all expectations. Called this morning at 9:30AM, appointment made for 3:30-6PM this afternoon. My garage door would not close after it was opened. I contacted Precision and they were able to have technician Austin come out the next day. Austin explained what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail what cause the problem and how to alleviate it from happening again. He also checked the system and gave me an overall assessment of my garage door, panel, and parts for future repairs and service. He was very courteous and professional. Austin provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again!
