I can't say enough good things about Jamal. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He explained why our garage door failed and outlined our options, including financing. We decided to replace both of our 23-year-old garage door openers. The job was done in about two hours. Jamal then patiently taught me how to operate the garage door openers and program them to our cars. He provided outstanding service and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. I also appreciate the next day response and communication from Precision.

I submitted a request through Angi and Precision Garage Door Service responded not only with a call but a text and voice message. I decided to give them a call back and was delighted to know they were able to attend to my dilemma so quickly (with the holidays I was expecting a later service). Brent was asked to come to my house. Both Brent and the company let me know when he was coming and kept me up to speed with both text and e-mail messages. Great communication! I called in the morning to see if someone was able to repair my garage door which was on track. The lady I spoke to said someone could be there between 1030-1. Brent Christopher Evans gave me a call. He said he would be there in 30 mins. He arrived early. He looked at my door gave me estimate on repairs. He explained everything that needed to be done. He got started and was done in about hour.
