He took the time to clearly explain the issue with the garage and even gave me a tutorial on how to open the garage door if I ever need to do it manually. He repaired the problem in a timely manner. I had a remote and exterior remote issue with my two garage door openers. I called Precision Door Service yesterday and they responded immediately. Brent was asked to come to my house and both Brent and the company let me know when he was coming and kept me up to speed with both text and e-mail messages. Great communication! Once at the house Brent assessed the problems with my garage door openers and immediate fixed the problem along with replacing my rollers on my garage door.
