Service was phenomenal. My technician Bobby was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and patient (I asked a lot of questions.). He broke things down, explained my options, provided recommendations and walked me through everything he did. He assisted with setting new garage codes, connecting the garage door to my vehicle, connecting to the wifi and helping me sign up for the warranty. Amazing service. Our garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon and our technician, Chris B., was available on a Sunday morning — extremely quick response and professional technician. Not only did Chris come 30 mins before the set appointment window, he was very personable, patiently took the time to answer my questions, provided an inspection of the entire garage door area to assess any damages I did not catch and provided an educative breakdown of each component that needed fixing.
