We are extremely satisfied with the work done by Precision Overhead Garage Door. Our repairman, Chris L., examined our broken springs and provided two solutions to fix the problem. He explained each solution and why each would fix the problem. One included a little more work than the other but both would work. After selecting our solution, Chris told us how he would do the job and completed in a very timely manner. Chris was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision and Chris to anyone who has a garage door issue.

Our garage door needed a few adjustments after being in use a few months. I was expecting to schedule a service call several weeks out and was shocked to receive one the next day! Tyler Johnson was our technician and excellent! He listened carefully to everything I said, did not rush me, or think he knew the solution before receiving all the details. He thoroughly inspected our door, made a few adjustments and fixed our issues. This young man is extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and a stellar example of customer service!

It was a true pleasure to meet Tyler Johnson today and watch him install two new garage door openers. He was very polite, sociable, hardworking, and efficient. For a young man, he exhibited great skill and finesse with the task at hand, obviously well-trained and a quick learner. Even though I added a last-minute extra task to reinforce both doors, he quickly adapted his work rhythm to accommodate my request. In about two hours, he was completely finished and everything worked perfectly. Tyler is a true credit to his organization and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Doors for all your garage door needs.

My garage door stopped working on Saturday afternoon, and I managed to scheduled an appointment with the Precision for next day, Sunday. Derrick called and came within a set timeframe and inspected and repaired my door. He provided an excellent service and showed me how manually open and close the door and explained about a need for lubrication. It was costly but I am pleased with outcome.
