The team did a great job. The technician, Jamal Crosby, did an excellent job installing the garage door opener and other needed parts. After the work was completed, Jamal reviewed everything that was done and he answered any questions that I had.

The Best!!! Unfortunately, this was not my 1st choice for garage door repair but should have been. Now I know, better! The technician, Brent, has to be the best service technician ever!!! He explained everything that was wrong, what he could do to repair them, gave me options to choose which I wanted and informed me how long it would take to repair. His disposition, personality and professionalism, is an asset to Precision. If ever I have another issue with my garage door, I am going to personally ask for Brent. Superb Job!!! I can't recommend this company enough. Several companies have come to my home over the years to repair and replace the garage door and related equipment. Austin was amazing. He explained everything. Although he had a list of things to fix since my garage door is an older wooden one I just had the springs replaced. Which didn’t take long to fix at all. Austin explained where and how things work together to open and close the door. It was very helpful. I can now get my car out of the garage!!

Made a phone call first thing on a Saturday morning and within several hours, Jamall, our technician was here. Jamal did a thorough inspection and found that while the garage door opener was 20+ years old it was the electrical outlet that needed to be replaced.
