Came back from trip and garage door would not open. Could not get cars out. Called at 7:00pm and a lovely girl answered the phone! She set me up with an emergency visit the next day! Tito Cruz came and he was so amazing! Went over everything in detail and explained what needed to be done! He was so professional knowledgeable and so accomplished and wonderful! Can’t thank everyone involved enough!!

My technician Tito Cruz came to the house and was able to fix the problem 100% to my satisfaction, but more importantly to me this particular visit was he was able to resolve another issue of me not being able to connect to the MyQ app in order to open and close the garage door remotely. This extra step, that Tito helped with and was just a request from me while at my house, will now allow me to have the ability to do that and I really appreciated him working with me and being able to do something that several technicians in the past have not been able to achieve.

I can’t thank Nick enough and the team at Precision enough for the exceptional service they provided for my family’s car garage. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and incredibly skilled. Our car garage springs were in a terrible condition and they diagnosed and repaired it quickly without any unnecessary upsells. What really stood out was their transparency—they took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand. The pricing was fair and the work was done efficiently without compromising quality. Beyond the technical expertise, they treated us with kindness and patience, which made a stressful situation much easier. It’s rare to find a garage service you can trust wholeheartedly, but Nick and team has earned our loyalty. If you’re looking for honesty and reliability, look no further. We’ll definitely be returning for any future car garage needs!

We have now had two great experiences with Precision. They are quick to respond to a repair need which is much appreciated given we were manually opening the door! We had a surge issue and Jay quickly addressed the issue and gave us a suggestion to try and prevent it in the future. Just like the last tech, Jay was great as well. We will continue to use Precision and highly recommend them.

The technician Jay was very polite, friendly, and professional. He was able to fix our garage door even though our rescue dog kennel made it a very tight space to work around. He was still able to get everything successfully fixed. Thank you.

I had an appointment scheduled with Jay between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM. Around 1:00 PM, he called to ask if I was available earlier. I told him I wouldn’t be leaving work until 2:00 PM, but I didn’t clarify that I wouldn’t be home until around 3:30 due to my longer commute. Jay arrived shortly after 2:00 PM, assuming I’d be home soon. Unfortunately, a heavy storm hit, and I didn’t get home until 3:55 PM. Around 3:15, he called again, but the rain made it hard to hear, so I just shouted that I’d be home by 4:00. I didn’t realize he had already been waiting close to an hour, thinking our appointment had effectively moved up. At 3:25, I received a text saying he would need to reschedule. At the time, I was frustrated, thinking he showed up too early and then canceled—when in reality, it was a mutual miscommunication. To be honest, I didn’t handle the situation well. I was upset, and my frustration came out unfairly. Despite the confusion, Jay remained calm, professional, and respectful throughout. He ultimately returned, completed the garage door repair efficiently, and handled the whole encounter with great professionalism. I appreciate Jay for keeping his composure and following through on the job. He demonstrated excellent customer service, even when I didn’t make it easy. The total price of the repair was $1,423 to fix the door panel, springs & pulleys.

I will absolutely call Precision again in the future and would be glad to have Brent handle the job.
