I was very happy with the service received in diagnosing my garage door opener. Upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, I had expected to get an appointment for the following week. However, a technician came within a few hours and was able to locate the problem and complete the installation of the new opener. The technician had a very pleasant personality which is so important. I chose Precision because they had great ratings and reviews. I contacted another garage door service company yesterday and they never got back to me and so I decided to try Precision. I used the online chat and was able to get a same day appointment. My Precision technician today was Tyler. Before he arrived I received a text with his name and picture from the company. He was friendly and polite. He gave his recommendations and three different options for repairs. I would recommend Precision.

Monday 24 February 2025, I received a call from my wife stating that my garage would not open. I contacted Precision Garage Doors and within 4 hours Brent the technician arrived at my home repairing my garage... now that's what I call great service!! Jamal Crosby is a great technician to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable to help me with the proper estimate and installed the new springs, rollers etc to fix the issues. Called in to report a broken garage door on Thursday. Jared came the next day inspected the garage door. Came back with 3 quotes for the repair. Jared did a good job at tacking the job. The rollers, springs, cables, and the 2 spindles were replaced. There is 3 year warranty on the work. Jared assured me that all the necessary parts were replaced and I would have to replace them for another 7-10 years. There is also a 3 year warranty on the work. I was overall pleased by Jared. He was friendly, patient, and addressed all questions I had.

I choose this company after reviewing the competive garage door installers potential cost and location. So glad I did. The install two years ago was professional and so happy with the product. Recently, a hole in the corner of the bottom rubber stripping needed replacing. The technician installed a new strip and did annual maintenance very efficiently resonable costs.

Made a phone call first thing on a Saturday morning and within several hours, Jamall, our technician was here. Jamal did a thorough inspection and found that while the garage door opener was 20+ years old it was the electrical outlet that needed to be replaced. I appreciate his time and expertise as well as his quick turnaround. I will definitely call precision once again if needed.
