The service technician (Jay Constantine) was very personable and knowledgeable. He told me my garage door would not open fully because the cable is slightly frayed. He showed me the trouble spots in my garage door and reprogrammed it so it would open and close again. He also mentioned that I may be needing a new garage door in the immediate future.

Called Precision and a technician came out the next morning. Our 30 year old Liftmaster opener no longer functioned properly and need replacement. Ron, the technician, discussed my options, quickly replaced the old opener, and ensured I understood it's functions. Her was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient as well as friendly. I’m a bit late in posting this review, but I wanted to take a moment to commend Brent for his exceptional service. From the beginning, he demonstrated a strong customer-first attitude, treating the issue as if it were his own. That level of care made the entire experience much more reassuring. Brent initially attempted to repair the motor and took the time to clearly explain the potential causes of the malfunction, including several cross-wiring issues. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to get it working again. Unfortunately, the motor eventually failed completely, and Brent promptly returned to replace it. Throughout the process, Brent was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of his work. Thank you so much, Brent!

Nicholas Broughton was the technician who serviced our door. He replaced two broken springs and installed a center header, which the system lacked. Apparently that is quite a dangerous situation. Nick left his own cell number in case my husband had questions that I couldn’t answer. He really went above and beyond, was very kind. He is a wonderful representative for Precision….Josette, who answered the phone, was very nice, very helpful and quite knowledgeable. We are looking into a replacement for our very old door!

When I tell you this is one of the best experiences I've had for anything repair related, I mean it. From the friendly woman that helped me on the phone to the phenomenal job done by the technician (Jay) - I am more than pleased! Not only were they able to accommodate me the same day and earlier than I hoped, but the job was done fast, explained well and left me feeling much more confident than ever in knowing it was done right. We chose Precision Garage Door as they service the southern Maryland area. Brent Evens arrived promptly and assessed our situation and needed repairs. We thought the pricing was fair, and was floored when he said he was prepared to do it now!!! That’s Service. Brent worked steady from start too finish, then insured everything worked properly as he instructed my wife and myself on the operation of the new opener. Repair of Garage Door Opener Technician Ron was Great! He made some adjustments to one of our garage door openers. He explained what might prevent it from malfunctioning again.
