Precision installed my garage door openers in 2022. When one of them stopped working I called for service. The technician arrived timely and was both knowledgeable and professional. He began to troubleshoot and soon identified the problem. While he worked we talked a bit, and he was pleasant and very respectful. It did not take him long to complete the repair. We had arranged for one of your technicians to stop by today to replace the remote controls we had for our garage doors because they were worn out. Tito came by right on time after first giving us the "Heads up! I'm on my way" call that we requested. While he was here we told him that both of our garage doors were very noisy when they were opened and closed. He checked them over and told us that both of the openers were getting worn out. He told us we could just replace our remotes, but said that in a short time we would have to replace the openers (which would come with new remotes). He recommended we replace the openers so we wouldn't have to pay for the remotes twice. He calculated the price for replacing both openers and we determined it would be better in the long run to replace both openers today. Tito got right to work and, working carefully and efficiently, got the job done in no time. He was polite, well mannered, and answered all of our questions. In short, the man is absolutely AWESOME.

My garage door keypad wasn’t working. I noticed it, particularly when it was extremely cold outside. Jamal, technician examined the keypad and didn’t notice any defects. To ensure me of his findings, he had me use the keypad several times. What I appreciate about the service Jamal Crosby provided, was his knowledge, his ability to communicate findings and professionalism. In addition, without being asked, he checked the wiring of the garage doors and determined they were in good shape. With that said, “l’m a happy customer”. As for Jamal, he provided this customer excellent service.

The on site technician, Jamal Crosby, was absolutely phenomenal. He was able to quickly analyze the need for a repair, not replacement, through the point inspection. He then worked the repair for both garage doors with accuracy and efficiency. His attention to detail on ensuring a proper repair was noticed. Furthermore, he kept me in formed of all actions and explained future preventative maintenance and the 3-year warranty to ensure the doors work for years to come. Thank you!
