One of my garage doors springs failed on a Sunday at 1:30. I called Precision Garage Door. The person answering the phone was very polite and cordial. A service person was at my house two hours later on a Sunday! The technician's name was Bobby. Bobby called me to inform me that he was on his way. He was on time, extremely polite, very knowledgeable and professional. The job was done efficiently, effectively and to a very high standard. He took the time to explain everything from beginning to end. This was the first time that I used Precision Garage Door, very impressed and will be using in the future and recommend to others.

We have had ongoing problems with an old garage door opener and finally decided it was time to change out the old for new. I called Precision Garage Door of Frederick because of the many excellent reviews. Lucky for us, Precision Garage Door sent Derek (Dee) to do our work. Derek talked to us about the different options for replacement and was prepared to replace on the spot. We love that kind of service. So often you have to wait for installation but Derek had everything he needed on his truck. He swapped out the old openers, as well as oil the existing track. He was done in a short time and helped me program our car garage door openers. Thank you so much for sending Derek our way!

I called Precision when another repair company failed to return my call. That was probably the best thing that happened to me! I found Precision and checked out their website. When I called on a Sunday, I was greeted with a real person who was more than happy to help get me scheduled for a repair. The representative scheduled me for the next afternoon. My repair tech was Brandon P. who arrived 2 hours early. I was very impressed as he evaluated my door and all past repair work. Brandon P. concluded that I needed a few items to fix what had broken and even suggested some preventative items that needed to be replaced. Within a few minutes my job had been diagnosed and I was presented with the cost. An hour later my garage door was back in service and better than before. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Precision Door had completed maintenance on the door in 2019 and I was impressed with their work and professionalism, so I called them again. I called at 7:00 PM and Craig arrived the next morning. He did a great job of evaluating my door, the components, and explaining the needed repairs and options. Garage door had been having substantial issues for a few months. After a recommendation, I call Precision. Derrick was our technician and he was very professional and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in no time. I will recommend Precision and Derrick to anyone who asks me for garage door help.

The service was great. I called them in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. The only issue I have was that the cost was more than I expected. I had them program one garage door opener and tune-up another door. The program took about 15 minutes with a bill of 149.00. The tune-up took longer with a labor amount of 249.00. This is a total of 398.00 for about two hours or less work. Based on that labor rate I would not recommend you to have work done. The tech gave me no indication what it was going to cost before he did the work. Based on what I understood was that the job would be evaluated and told an estimate to do the work.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision for anyone needing Garage Door service. I had a wonderful experience in Sept 2022. One of my doors was acting up, so I called for service Friday evening and they scheduled me for service Sunday morning. Jay C arrived early (after calling first), and lubricated both doors for me at N/C. Personable and very knowledgeable!
