I’m a bit late in posting this review, but I wanted to take a moment to commend Brent for his exceptional service. From the beginning, he demonstrated a strong customer-first attitude, treating the issue as if it were his own. That level of care made the entire experience much more reassuring. Brent initially attempted to repair the motor and took the time to clearly explain the potential causes of the malfunction, including several cross-wiring issues. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to get it working again. Unfortunately, the motor eventually failed completely, and Brent promptly returned to replace it. Throughout the process, Brent was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of his work. Thank you so much, Brent!

Nicholas Broughton was the technician who serviced our door. He replaced two broken springs and installed a center header, which the system lacked. Apparently that is quite a dangerous situation. Nick left his own cell number in case my husband had questions that I couldn’t answer. He really went above and beyond, was very kind. He is a wonderful representative for Precision….Josette, who answered the phone, was very nice, very helpful and quite knowledgeable. We are looking into a replacement for our very old door!

Repair of Garage Door Opener Technician Ron was Great! He made some adjustments to one of our garage door openers. He explained what might prevent it from malfunctioning again. We also discussed replacement approximate cost if we decided to do that. I highly recommend the company for similar services.

Service was phenomenal. My technician Bobby was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and patient (I asked a lot of questions.). He broke things down, explained my options, provided recommendations and walked me through everything he did. He assisted with setting new garage codes, connecting the garage door to my vehicle, connecting to the wifi and helping me sign up for the warranty.
