Ron C, the technician who came to our house today, was very professional, very polite and very thorough in his evaluation of our noisy garage door. He took time to show and explain things to me and was willing to perform the service today, but I declined due to the steep cost. I wasn't expecting to pay so much given we weren't replacing the whole garage door opener/system. After discussing it with my husband, we would like to get a 2nd opinion. I was very impressed with Ron however and give him 5 stars! He seems like a wonderful employee. :) Just thought your prices were really high.

Garrett Easley effectively represents the company. He was on time, called before arrived and offered to pickup coffee for me ????. Although I declined the coffee, I thought that was a kind gesture. One of my garage doors springs failed on a Sunday at 1:30. I called Precision Garage Door. The person answering the phone was very polite and cordial. A service person was at my house two hours later on a Sunday! The technician's name was Bobby. Bobby called me to inform me that he was on his way. We have had ongoing problems with an old garage door opener and finally decided it was time to change out the old for new. I called Precision Garage Door of Frederick because of the many excellent reviews. Lucky for us, Precision Garage Door sent Derek (Dee) to do our work. Derek talked to us about the different options for replacement and was prepared to replace on the spot. We love that kind of service. So often you have to wait for installation but Derek had everything he needed on his truck. He swapped out the old openers, as well as oil the existing track.
