My garage door was increasingly making a lot of noise when I used it although it was only 3 years old. The builder warranty had expired and even though everyone said it probably only needed to be lubricanted, I felt it was not something I wanted to personally do and it would be worth the money to have a professional examine the door. After much research I called Precision and was able to get same day service. The technician showed up at the appointment time and did a great job explaining the source of the increasing noise and options for resolution. He worked quickly and did a complete tune up on the system. The price seemed reasonable and I was given a “senior” discount which I really appreciated. I would recommend them!

When my garage door failed to open or close, I wanted a quick repair and chose Precision. The appointment was efficiently arranged and the technician, Jay Constantine arrived on time. He quickly analyzed the problem and explained it to me. He then made the necessary repairs, and the garage door is operating properly. Mr. Constantine is very pleasant and certainly proficient in his job. I will call on Precision if I ever need any service on my garage door.

I called Precision overhead garage for broken springs and they scheduled me in for the same day. Brian came over within the scheduled window and did a quick assessments of my garage door. He offered me a proposal that I was hesitant at first but with explanation I was convinced I needed those replacement. He was excellent with his service and prompt with his responses. He alerted me on what to look out for pertaining to its service life and to plan for the replacement. I appreciated his professionalism! The garage door now works perfectly after replacing springs, rollers, and hubs (ends and center bearings). It makes almost no noise when operated; very quiet. Thank you

Our technician JAY arrived right on time after a system text alert. He was beyond excellent. Knowledgeable and outlined all my options and explained each so it was easy to comprehend. Ron provided a clear understanding of the problem along with the necessary details to address and fix the problem. He suggested and explained in detail everything he needed to do to repair the garage door. He was able to clearly identify the issues and reported them to me verbally and visually. Ron made recommendations for routine maintenance that would improve and extend the life span of the overall functioning of the garage door.

On time, very friendly. Fixed the issue. I’m not confident it will be a long term fix however. When I initially called I was told the “come out” fee was $60. My total was $300 including $90 for a new generic remote and $200 for a “tune up” that took much less than an hour. What was included in the 60, why was it not on the bill? Also I prefer folks tell me as they do work what it will cost instead of a surprise. What work is included in the $60? Not clear.

Excellent tech ( Jay). Explained all well. Efficient. This install was to replace previous door opener with Wi-Fi LED Garage Door Opener do that with power loss, the mechanism will continue to work for 5 openings and closings before need to recharge VS manual operation which I had previously ( and with a reinforcing horizontal steel bar on the door, it was too heavy to lift and difficult to reach to close).
