This was the 2nd time that Rob Cross has come to work on our door(different issues each time). He was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable. He explained what could have cause our issue but also provided cost estimates for options to replace our opener in the future since it is over 16 years old. We appreciate Ron!

I had an appointment scheduled with Jay between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM. Around 1:00 PM, he called to ask if I was available earlier. I told him I wouldn’t be leaving work until 2:00 PM, but I didn’t clarify that I wouldn’t be home until around 3:30 due to my longer commute. Jay arrived shortly after 2:00 PM, assuming I’d be home soon. Unfortunately, a heavy storm hit, and I didn’t get home until 3:55 PM. Around 3:15, he called again, but the rain made it hard to hear, so I just shouted that I’d be home by 4:00. I didn’t realize he had already been waiting close to an hour, thinking our appointment had effectively moved up. At 3:25, I received a text saying he would need to reschedule. At the time, I was frustrated, thinking he showed up too early and then canceled—when in reality, it was a mutual miscommunication. To be honest, I didn’t handle the situation well. I was upset, and my frustration came out unfairly. Despite the confusion, Jay remained calm, professional, and respectful throughout. He ultimately returned, completed the garage door repair efficiently, and handled the whole encounter with great professionalism. I appreciate Jay for keeping his composure and following through on the job. He demonstrated excellent customer service, even when I didn’t make it easy. The total price of the repair was $1,423 to fix the door panel, springs & pulleys.

I am impressed by the excellent customer service I received. The technician who inspected the problem easily diagnosed what I needed and he installed new sensors and rollers efficiently and in good time. He was careful to add lubricant ensure the rollers moved smoothly. He is friendly and helpful, and I was glad to have him perform the service. I highly recommend Precision!

Craig T and his brother came out to my home because the builder grade opener was done for. They inspected everything and gave me multiple options for repair. They did not try to upsell me in any way. Once we agreed on which option to go with, they had everything in the truck and fixed everything in about an hour or 2. I highly recommend you doing business with Precision.

I had such a great experience Precision Garage Doors—from consultation to install. My initial technician Mr. Tyron Horton was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions with ease. He advised me on the products that were best suited for my needs and I couldn’t be happier. I had an issue that was unrelated to the initial install and Precision accommodated my schedule and made sure that my concerns were addressed. Brent Evans was my service technician. I informed him of my concerns about the noise my garage door opener was making. He checked it out and determined by the age of the garage door opener (23 years old) the way to eliminate the noise was to replace it with a newer model. He suggested the Liftmaster Model 84505R w/Wi-Fi and Camera. He informed me of the total cost and the length of time for the installation. He even assisted me in setting up the app on my phone. Mr. Evans was prompt, professional and very informative. I was very pleased with the garage door opener installation.

The service technician (Jay Constantine) was very personable and knowledgeable. He told me my garage door would not open fully because the cable is slightly frayed. He showed me the trouble spots in my garage door and reprogrammed it so it would open and close again. He also mentioned that I may be needing a new garage door in the immediate future.

I’m a bit late in posting this review, but I wanted to take a moment to commend Brent for his exceptional service. From the beginning, he demonstrated a strong customer-first attitude, treating the issue as if it were his own. That level of care made the entire experience much more reassuring. Brent initially attempted to repair the motor and took the time to clearly explain the potential causes of the malfunction, including several cross-wiring issues. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to get it working again. Unfortunately, the motor eventually failed completely, and Brent promptly returned to replace it. Throughout the process, Brent was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of his work. Thank you so much, Brent!

The technician arrived on time, was professional, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the process. As it turned out, my 20-year-old door opener had had it's best days. The installation of a new door opener was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain how the system works and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. They even programmed my car to the new door opener. The opener itself operates quietly and smoothly, which is a huge improvement over my previous system and has many bells and whistles relative to today's technology. I also appreciated how clean they left the work area. Nicholas Broughton was the technician who serviced our door. He replaced two broken springs and installed a center header, which the system lacked. Apparently that is quite a dangerous situation. Nick left his own cell number in case my husband had questions that I couldn’t answer. He really went above and beyond, was very kind. He is a wonderful representative for Precision….Josette, who answered the phone, was very nice, very helpful and quite knowledgeable. We are looking into a replacement for our very old door!

When I tell you this is one of the best experiences I've had for anything repair related, I mean it. From the friendly woman that helped me on the phone to the phenomenal job done by the technician (Jay) - I am more than pleased! Not only were they able to accommodate me the same day and earlier than I hoped, but the job was done fast, explained well and left me feeling much more confident than ever in knowing it was done right.
