I called Precision Garage Door this morning to see when a technician would be available to come to my home to fix my garage door. I was scheduled to have a technician come to my home that same morning between 8 and 12. About 45 minutes after my initial call, I received a call from the technician Nick. Nick arrived at my home on time, and he was very professional and courteous. I showed Nick the issue that I was having with my garage door. Nick took the time to not only asses my immediate situation; but, he also just did an overall assessment of the garage door and all of the operations just to confirm that there were no other issues. After Nick completed his assessment, he presented me with all my options. I selected to just repair the garage door for now. Nick proceeded to do the repair work. Once he completed the work, he showed me everything that he did. He also confirmed that the garage door was still balanced, and that everything else with the door was in proper working order. I also appreciate Nick taking the time to answer all of my questions in great detail, his professionalism, his patience, and his courtesy. Thank you again Nick for fixing my issue, and keep up the good work. When I have a garage door issue, I know who I'm calling. Do you? LOL!!

Chris was very knowledgeable about what went wrong and how he was going to fix it. Chris explained to me step by step what he was doing. Chris was very pleasant to talk to. After he finished he tested the remotes,the keypad, and the garage door three times to make sure everything was working then he had me to try it a few times and ofcourse it was working just fine. He asked if there was anything else I needed and I said that you did everything I asked for. My garage door was malfunctioning and I googled companies. I came across Precision and read tons of reviews that were extremely helpful. I contacted the location closest to my area. They offered to have someone come out the same day but I had someone by the name of Chris B come out on Saturday. Similar to all the other reviews, he came out, ask me what we’re my concern we’re, advised he was going to do a quick inspection and then offer three different quotes. I liked having different option/quotes to weigh in decision. After discussing, I agreed on one of the quotes and the technicians got straight to work. Provided a print out and went over the work and tested garage doors. Chris B was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

First I am pleased with Precision for the ease in scheduling an appointment. I came home on Tuesday night and my garage door wouldn’t go up. I went online and Precision popped up. I was able to chat online and an appointment was scheduled for Wednesday morning. Craig Taylor was the technician that came. He called to let me know that he was on his way, with a time frame. He showed up before the time that he stated, which was great. I had a feeling that I needed a new opener, which was confirmed by Craig. Craig was very polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure communicating with him. Further, I like it when service providers know what they are doing, that is Craig. After completion, he instructed me on how to use the remote and wall unit.
