My experience with Precision Garage Service was top notch. Even though my home is only 2 1/2 years old the garage door is loud upon opening and closing. I was tired of the loud noises so I called Precision. Keyon, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. After he completed the inspection, he show me each area of the garage door that could improve it's operation. He explained every step in the process and what the outcome would be. He was right. Once the rollers were replaced and the correct spring rod installed, omg, what a difference it made. It's so much quieter. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thanks Kenyon, for a job well done. Amazing results. Precision is definitely my go to for garage door service.

Precision was able to provide a temporary repair which I appreciate as I was unable to close the door leaving my valuable items exposed. The technician Keion was very professional and apologized for the late arrival. I gave 4 stars because I was scheduled for the time frame of 8-10:30 AM per the email confirmation. However, by 11:30 the technician had not arrived. After calling customer service I was told the email was inaccurate and the technician should arrive by 12 noon. At 1:24 PM the technician had not arrived so I called customer service again and was told someone was running behind but would call when in route and asked if I wanted to reschedule. That was poor customer service in my opinion because no one called to say anything. I understand delays happen but communication is key when running a business. Had it not been for the sense of urgency I would’ve canceled the service call simply because of the poor communication.

I emailed your company this am and was offered a same day pm appointment which was great! I had my garage door installed by another company in October but one of the brackets fell off soon. The installer came at night and supposedly fixed it but it was too dark outside to notice that there was a 2" gap where the garage door did not touch the ground. I called again but the other company gave many excuses and would not set a repair date for weeks. When I finally called Precision garage, they came and fixed it quickly and correctly. I will only use your company in the future because you are reliable, respond quickly, and do repair work properly the first time.

Our opener failed and we had Brandon out to replace it. He was excellent. He knew the products and options. Reviewed my home setup and suggested a few options taking the time to explain the differences in warranties as well as product options. Made the decision easy and the process was wrapped within an hour. Brandon is old school customer service when you could go with a trusted company and get installation and support in one call. Definitely a recommended company and tech.

They run smother then they did 6 years ago when installed.I went with the complete overhaul package and the doors are working great. I only called about one door with a broken spring.But my Wife and I thought both doors have had the same cycles so we decided to have both overhauled.FYI Have both doors done at the same time to save your self another broblem. Broke a spring at 9pm, Called the next day at 745am and fixed by 12:30pm. Great service and the Tech was super nice, even found some parts that were needing replaced and or wrong and had them on board to make it a complete repair! Highly recommend!
