Precision offered same day service which is why I called them. They also had good reviews. Sherman called when he was 15 minutes out ahead of my scheduled time for service. He provided excellent service. He explained what could be wrong and walked me through what he was going to check for. He then provided estimates with options for work and completed service replacement of my garage door end bearing brackets, tuned up and adjusted my door tracks' and unlocked the motor. Once done he showed me the parts that were removed and replaced and showed me what would be necessary to maintain my garage door moving forward. I would highly recommend them for any garage services you may have.

Called in the morning and door was repaired by early afternoon. Tech was courteous, evaluated door repair requirements, provided estimates, and described worked required with associated warranties. After the door was repaired Eric walked through all the repairs to the door. Would highly recommend you give them a try. I WILL again, if needed.

My Technician was Sherman. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented me with the options for repair and the price associated with each option. He installed a belt drive garage door opener. The work was completed with courtesy and professionalism. All my questions were answered. I am very satisfied with the product and service. Highly recommend!!

Top notch operation. From Mike the owner, to the salesman JR to the installers, Derrick and Cortez, everybody was great. JR helped me pick out the right door for the right price. Derrick and Cortez came in and installed my replacement door with no problem. New door works great and they hauled the old heavy wooden door away. A good job done the way it should be.

Was able to get same day service for a malfunctioning garage door opener. That is practically unheard of these days! Eric, the technician, was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He asked a couple of questions, listened intently to what I had to say and then went to work! Service was fast and the price was reasonable. Will definitely call again for future garage door services.
