Thank you for your very prompt responce! First I want to thank Auston A He was so polite and a great tech. My doors needed more help then I knew about. They run smother then they did 6 years ago when installed.I went with the complete overhaul package and the doors are working great. I only called about one door with a broken spring.But my Wife and I thought both doors have had the same cycles so we decided to have both overhauled.FYI Have both doors done at the same time to save your self another broblem. BOB

Broke a spring at 9pm, Called the next day at 745am and fixed by 12:30pm. Great service and the Tech was super nice, even found some parts that were needing replaced and or wrong and had them on board to make it a complete repair! Highly recommend!

One of the springs on my garage door broke late Sunday evening. I telephoned Precision at 7A.M. on Monday. I was given a time to expect a technician to arrive between 1 P. M. and 5 P.M. that same day. Precision also sent me an e-mail to confirm the appointment. That e-mail not only told me the name of the technician but also included his picture. He telephoned me a little before 1 P.M. to say he was on his way. He explained what needed to be replaced and work was completed within a hour. I am completely satisfied with the service and will certainly use this company if needed in the future.

We needed remotes for our 'just moved in' house, repairs and replacements to the garage "Nick" was very polite, thorough, and professional. Prior to starting, we were informed of the procedure, what it entailed, choices explained, prices, and importance of each choice. When the job was completed, further explanations, and was asked if there were any questions. Being seniors, the respect and explanations were very appreciated. More than satisfied (love the 3 year warranty)!

Appointment was made within 24 hours. Technician, Taylor, called before coming to my home, and confirmed appointment and arrival time. Although the repair was simple, Taylor and I discussed upgrading the original metal roller/wheels with new nylon roller/wheels with a longer post. My garage doors are nine years old and still have original parts, so I was willing to go with an upgrade. The new parts allow the doors to open and close much more smoothly and quietly. Taylor finished the job by lubricating the hinges, rollers, and springs providing me with a complimentary can of garage door lubricant. Although I had not planned to make any upgrades, the product installed spoke for itself.

Made the decision easy and the process was wrapped within an hour. Brandon is old school customer service when you could go with a trusted company and get installation and support in one call.
