One of the springs on my garage door broke late Sunday evening. I telephoned Precision at 7A.M. on Monday. I was given a time to expect a technician to arrive between 1 P. M. and 5 P.M. that same day. Precision also sent me an e-mail to confirm the appointment. That e-mail not only told me the name of the technician but also included his picture. He telephoned me a little before 1 P.M. to say he was on his way. He explained what needed to be replaced and work was completed within a hour. I am completely satisfied with the service and will certainly use this company if needed in the future.

We needed remotes for our 'just moved in' house, repairs and replacements to the garage "Nick" was very polite, thorough, and professional. Prior to starting, we were informed of the procedure, what it entailed, choices explained, prices, and importance of each choice. When the job was completed, further explanations, and was asked if there were any questions. Being seniors, the respect and explanations were very appreciated. More than satisfied (love the 3 year warranty)!

Appointment was made within 24 hours. Technician, Taylor, called before coming to my home, and confirmed appointment and arrival time. Although the repair was simple, Taylor and I discussed upgrading the original metal roller/wheels with new nylon roller/wheels with a longer post. My garage doors are nine years old and still have original parts, so I was willing to go with an upgrade. The new parts allow the doors to open and close much more smoothly and quietly. Taylor finished the job by lubricating the hinges, rollers, and springs providing me with a complimentary can of garage door lubricant. Although I had not planned to make any upgrades, the product installed spoke for itself.

Door opener failed on Tuesday, called Prescision that afternoon and they sent repair man next day. Exceptional service. Repair/installation technician TAYLOR arrived exactly on time as promised. He provided me with several options from repair to replacement. I considered given age of old unit I wanted full opener replacement. I’m very happy with new unit and totally impressed with professional, knowledgeable technician TAYLOR. Highly recommend this company when considering any garage door work.
