Installation of new opener went smoothly and did not take a long time, but also was not rushed. Technician provided clear instructions on how to operate all opener equipment. From the initial phone call to Tara to request an evaluation to the completion of installing 2 garage door openers by Sherman, we had nothing but a very positive and professional experience. Jake was very professional and efficient - great technician! Notwithstanding, I was a little taken aback with the total cost of repairs. Doing a quick Google search, replacement springs are approx. $25-45 for a set of 2 springs. I totally understand your position in the current market place. However, I would recommend a review of operations and production costs to bring down your price points. I paid a little over $900 for the replacement of 4 springs, cables, and rollers. I gave your company 4 stars based solely on customer service from first contact to my interactions with Jake. I would have easily given 5 stars if prices were more reasonable, in my opinion.

We use the highest quality parts in the industry and often times prices on the internet are of inferior quality. We stand behind our products with the best warranty in the business, bar none. Our rollers are maintenance free and require no periodic lubrication and will last for the lifespan of your garage door, the cables we use are aircraft quality and thicker than standard cables as well. On 9 June, I discovered that my garage door wouldn't close properly. I went on line and discovered all of the phenomenal reviews for Precision Garage Doors and decided to give them a call. My appointment time was 1530-1800. Sherman and Dakota arrived at 1230. Sherman's knowledge of the other issues that hadn't fully developed yet were amazing. It was a pleasure to have Sherman and Dakota in my home performing preventative maintenance. I wouldn't hesitant to recommend them to my neighbors.

When our garage door spring broke two days ago, I immediately called Precision Door Service. We had excellent work done by Precision in our previous home so I didn't hesitate to call them again. Sherman and Joe arrived first thing Friday morning and immediately diagnosed the problem and addressed some other concerns I had (noisy, old, chain driven opener). Sherman worked up three quotes to give us options. We decided to replace the garage opener, springs, rollers, pulleys, safety cables. Sherman and Joe were professional, informative, efficient, and made sure I understood the capabilities of the new opener before they left. I give them five stars, and I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Garage door broke Wednesday night, really wasn't sure what happened to it. Called Precision Thursday morning around 10 a.m., was told someone will be onsite between 11 and 1:30. Received a call at 1 stating they were in route. Sherman and Joe arrived and quickly diagnosed my issue. I was given 3 plans of service that they could provide on the spot. Sherman's and Joe's customer service, knowledge and professionalism far exceed my expectations to resolve my urgent situation in a timely manner. My door was restored back to its functionality and I am completely satisfied.

I chose Precision because they are close to my residence. The Technician Sherman S. was very professional, courteous and polite. One of the sensors on my garage door wiring came lose from the housing, locking shut my door. Also, I could not use the emergency door opener, because the garage door was binding to the frame which Sherman saw right off. Sherman fixed the problem in a timely manner. If I was his boss, I would give him a raise.
