No one will communicate with you about any problems after their service call is finished. They installed 10-4” sealed nylon rollers that retail for around $11-$15 for 10. I found this out later but on my bill they changed $19.99 each for a total of $199.99. I thought the technician made an error so I contacted them on two occasions and they promised a call back with a resolution. They still haven’t called and the work was done on 1/28/19.

I was able to schedule a service tech (Sherman) for a garage door opener install the next day. He was very pleasant and professional. Took about 2 hours to remove the old opener and install the "very quiet" Liftmaster 8355W opener, setup (program) all remotes, and cleanup. I added his phone number to my contact list and would request him for additional repair work.

Highly recommend Precision. Had an older opener with a bad circuit board. The issue was identified within a timely manner and I was given some options to fix the problem along with the costs. I chose a new Jackshaft and Derrick came by the next day to install it. Professional 24 hour service when making appointment, they called me right back when I reached out to them online, it close to midnight! Very quick turn around on the appointment, repairman came the next morning, arrived on time during time frame I was told, and he called to let me know how far away, estimated arrival time. Mike, the repairman, was professional and courtesy upon arrival. He examined the issue and recommended repair options. Had parts on hand, and he was able to fix the issue, no problem in a timely manner. He did not leave any debris, he cleaned up the job well. Before he left he made sure I knew that everything worked OK. AWESOME from beginning to end. Hope I don't need them again anytime soon, however, if I do...I would definitely call them again, as well as refer them to others.
