Precision offered same day service which is why I called them. They also had good reviews. Sherman called when he was 15 minutes out ahead of my scheduled time for service. He provided excellent service. He explained what could be wrong and walked me through what he was going to check for. He then provided estimates with options for work and completed service replacement of my garage door end bearing brackets, tuned up and adjusted my door tracks' and unlocked the motor. Once done he showed me the parts that were removed and replaced and showed me what would be necessary to maintain my garage door moving forward. I would highly recommend them for any garage services you may have.

Called in the morning and door was repaired by early afternoon. Tech was courteous, evaluated door repair requirements, provided estimates, and described worked required with associated warranties. Top notch operation. From Mike the owner, to the salesman JR to the installers, Derrick and Cortez, everybody was great. JR helped me pick out the right door for the right price. Derrick and Cortez came in and installed my replacement door with no problem. New door works great and they hauled the old heavy wooden door away. A good job done the way it should be.
