The technician who came to my house did a wonderful job. I had always had trouble with that door, and I suspected there was something wrong with the way it had been originally installed. He determined the problem immediately and fixed it quickly. I couldn't be more happy. His name is Anthony, in Southern Maryland.

Highly recommend Precision. Had an older opener with a bad circuit board. The issue was identified within a timely manner and I was given some options to fix the problem along with the costs. I chose a new Jackshaft and Derrick came by the next day to install it. The estimate that Anthony originally gave me was right on, both guys were very professional, the work was excellent as well as the customer service. I am one very happy customer!

Professional 24 hour service when making appointment, they called me right back when I reached out to them online, it close to midnight! Very quick turn around on the appointment, repairman came the next morning, arrived on time during time frame I was told, and he called to let me know how far away, estimated arrival time. Mike, the repairman, was professional and courtesy upon arrival. He examined the issue and recommended repair options. Had parts on hand, and he was able to fix the issue, no problem in a timely manner. He did not leave any debris, he cleaned up the job well. Before he left he made sure I knew that everything worked OK. AWESOME from beginning to end. Hope I don't need them again anytime soon, however, if I do...I would definitely call them again, as well as refer them to others.
