I noticed a broken spring and of course used the internet to find a repair company. Precision was the first site I found so I called and their personnel were very polite and helpful. The technician that came to the house was very professional and performed the repairs effectively and very efficiently. No one will communicate with you about any problems after their service call is finished. They installed 10-4” sealed nylon rollers that retail for around $11-$15 for 10. I found this out later but on my bill they changed $19.99 each for a total of $199.99. I thought the technician made an error so I contacted them on two occasions and they promised a call back with a resolution. They still haven’t called and the work was done on 1/28/19.

I was able to schedule a service tech (Sherman) for a garage door opener install the next day. He was very pleasant and professional. Took about 2 hours to remove the old opener and install the "very quiet" Liftmaster 8355W opener, setup (program) all remotes, and cleanup. I added his phone number to my contact list and would request him for additional repair work.

Highly recommend Precision. Had an older opener with a bad circuit board. The issue was identified within a timely manner and I was given some options to fix the problem along with the costs. I chose a new Jackshaft and Derrick came by the next day to install it.
