Mr. Sherman B. Stepney carefully evaluated both garage doors and pinpointed the problem with only one door. We both discussed the terms, conditions and cost for the necessary repair. The door was making a jerking move and roaring sound at the beginning of the opening process. Mr. Stepney identified the problem as needing an adjustment of the spring for the down limits. I authorized him to perform the service and afterwards, the door worked perfectly. Mr. Stepney is a highly qualified professional who knows his business. Thanks Mr. Stepney for your outstanding service.

I could not have ask for a better experience. The service was outstanding, it was quick, clean, the technician went over everything he did and explained the operation of the new garage opener. Our garage door opener had to be replaced, the springs were replaced and the rollers on the side of the garage doors. I highly recommend this company and technician for a JOB WELL DONE!

I chose Precision based on their advertisement & the fact that it stated their technicians carry the necessary parts to repair on the spot. No need for a second appointment. The technician, Sherman, was very friendly, polite and explained in detail what he needed to do to fix the door. It was a very pleasant experience and I am happy the door is now safe to use.

Thanks Precision for the gentleman that came to my house he didn’t push me to buy a new door but explain that it was time for one in a none pushing way....I was just going to fix the door which would be cheaper to do, but this person is a credit to your business...I’m in sales myself for 36 years so I know the talk... A happy customer.... Thanks Sherman....

The service was great. Used you years before so I knew I was in good hands. He knew exactly what my problems were and showed me how to line up the lights and why the key pad was not working.

As a company, your were able to provide a quick turnaround time (I had called another company and their next available date was four days out). The technician provided excellent service. Francisco was professional, friendly, and very efficient. He explained clearly what was the issue and what he needed to do. Mr. Francisco is a great employee to represent Precision Garage Door.

I was pleased with the service on our garage door. The technician was very good, but I do think that the cost was way too high. I have had this kind of repair done before and the price was about 1/3 as high as yours.

Thank you for coming out right away. When the rollers on our door broke we had a garage door stuck open on a cold windy day with all of our contents in full view. Your ability to come out within a few hours and fix it was a blessing. Your service tech was great. A super nice gentleman. We always use you and will continue to do so. Thanks for coming to the rescue yesterday!

No one will communicate with you about any problems after their service call is finished. They installed 10-4” sealed nylon rollers that retail for around $11-$15 for 10. I found this out later but on my bill they changed $19.99 each for a total of $199.99. I thought the technician made an error so I contacted them on two occasions and they promised a call back with a resolution. They still haven’t called and the work was done on 1/28/19.

I was able to schedule a service tech (Sherman) for a garage door opener install the next day. He was very pleasant and professional. Took about 2 hours to remove the old opener and install the "very quiet" Liftmaster 8355W opener, setup (program) all remotes, and cleanup. I added his phone number to my contact list and would request him for additional repair work.

I'm very satisfied with the service. They were on time, courteous and professional. However I thought the price was a little high, but since I've never had this done before I really don't know what the average cost is. I would use them again.

The technician who came to my house did a wonderful job. I had always had trouble with that door, and I suspected there was something wrong with the way it had been originally installed. He determined the problem immediately and fixed it quickly. I couldn't be more happy. His name is Anthony, in Southern Maryland.

I received exceptional customer service for the Team at Precision door service. They offer same day service as well as a number of discounts which I appreciated and needed. The technician was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain as well as show me exactly what services were needed to repair both of my garage doors. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
