The technician called 15 minutes ahead of time. He and his assistant were kind and professional. They were extremely knowledgeable and honest and explained the issue in detail and showed it to me. They provided a detailed report and estimate upon completion.

Professional 24 hour service when making appointment, they called me right back when I reached out to them online, it close to midnight! Very quick turn around on the appointment, repairman came the next morning, arrived on time during time frame I was told, and he called to let me know how far away, estimated arrival time. Mike, the repairman, was professional and courtesy upon arrival. He examined the issue and recommended repair options. Had parts on hand, and he was able to fix the issue, no problem in a timely manner. He did not leave any debris, he cleaned up the job well. Before he left he made sure I knew that everything worked OK. AWESOME from beginning to end. Hope I don't need them again anytime soon, however, if I do...I would definitely call them again, as well as refer them to others.

I am giving Precision a 5 star rating, but I am giving the technician a 1 star. I have already spoke to the manager regarding my repair on Saturday, 8/15/15, with Darrell and don't want to go into complete detail again. But in short, additional customer service training is needed.

From the moment I contacted Precision Garage customer services to the completion of my repairs, was nothing but a positive experience. Your technician Mike was Professional, Friendly, and, Knowledgeable. He provided me with a call to inform me that he was in route to my house, once he arrived he greeted me with a smile, assessed the damage and immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with his ability to make the necessary repairs to my garage. Upon completion of the repairs he offered me recommendations to maintain the best performance from my garage door. Mike also provided me with a detailed breakdown of my fees for services provided. I would use and recommend this company anytime.

True to his word, he did arrive at the appointed time the next working day. He was courteous and very professional. The Job was completed in a timely manner

I was charged $215 to re-hang my motor and make some adjustments. How do you justify that cost? I feel like I got duped.

Although the service was good it was VERY expensive, Over $500 for 2 new springs, rollers and cable on one door.... the parts cost about $150 max, the serviceman was only at my home one hour. I couldn't even get the $50 service charge credited. Merry Christmas
