Received terrific repair work from Elijah this afternoon. He checked the door and gave an estimate on site. He had all the repair parts in his truck so all repair was done within an hour. Elijah was polite and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Precision for ant garage door work. Thank you!!

Appointment was easy to book online. Technician (Derrick) called and texted me in advance of arrival to let me know when to expect him. Derrick arrived promptly when expected and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also made recommendations on several items that should be addressed in the future. My home warranty used another vendor (same name as the beltway) and they were dispatched twice and both times band-aid the issue so I decided to pay out of pocket to get it done correctly. We have had ongoing problems with an old garage door opener and finally decided it was time to change out the old for new. I called Precision Garage Door of Frederick because of the many excellent reviews. Lucky for us, Precision Garage Door sent Derek (Dee) to do our work. Derek talked to us about the different options for replacement and was prepared to replace on the spot. We love that kind of service. So often you have to wait for installation but Derek had everything he needed on his truck. He swapped out the old openers, as well as oil the existing track. He was done in a short time and helped me program our car garage door openers. Thank you so much for sending Derek our way!

Derrick was my technician. My problem was my garage door going up and down at random times. I explained the history of the problem which had included calling the manufactures website and another company having been hired. He actually listened, reviewed what had been done and not done. He inspected the unit, redid some of the work and identified that the opening unit on the wall “that had been rep;aced” by the other company had indeed NOT been replaced. (I was charged for a new unit) Derrick redid the wiring and charged me for a service call. He did not try to sell me any “extras” or declare I needed a new unit. He also left his card and told me if his work did not fix the problem, he would be back as I probably would need a new “logic board” Derrick also reprogrammed my remote and my car. He also showed me how to lock the door from the remote on the wall. My faith in garage door technicians is restored. I’m highly recommending him and Precision to our neighborhood list of vendors.
