The technicians who came out (Kyler and Layne) get a 5 star review for politeness and professionalism. Kyler explained why I was having the issue and what needed to be done to fix. The overall 4 star review is because the quote over the phone when I described the problem was about 1/10th of what the repair for that issue actually cost.

Our service technician was Jay. He was professional and knowledgeable in resetting our garage door outdoor pad. He explained how I could reset the keypad should in the future the same issue occurs.

our garage door spring anchor bracket had come off. When I contacted Precision via chat, they were very friendly and assigned Bobby. Bobby came on time and he was very professional. Precsion's quote was reasonable and competetive.I highly recommend them.

We got into our car first thing in the morning in order to get to an appointment, and much to our dismay, found that our garage door would not open. It appeared that a cable had broken and there was no way for us to open it, even manually. When I googled "highest rated garage door repair companies near me", Precision Garage Door came up first. As soon as I called, I was greeted by a very kind and helpful customer service rep who told me the first available appointment would be the following day. When I explained that we could not get our car out of the garage and we had several commitments that day that we couldn't miss, she managed to squeeze us in for an emergency repair that same day. The technician that came out to service the door, Jay, was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately identified the problem and made the repair, all within less than 90 minutes. We've been in this house for 25 years and this is only the second time we've ever needed a garage door repair. But I can say in all honesty that should we need such a service again in the future, I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door nor would I hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who is in need of garage door services. This is an outstanding company and it's easy to understand why they have such a phenomenal reputation and such a high rating. I can't say enough good things about them and appreciate how they helped us at a time when we really needed it.

I called for garage door repair, as the door would not open last night. The technician was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. The door that would not open last night, somehow opened today. The tech thoroughly checked and evaluated the springs and coils which passed but are worn. i also requested an estimate on an automatic door opener. I will kept that in mind for one of my winter projects! Thank you so much!! I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my fellow neighbors!!

Kyler was our service tech. Very nice, courteous, knowledgeable and answered any questions regarding repair. He contacted me by phone to let me know when he would be arriving. Upon arriving went over what was wrong and what plan to fix. Presented with a quote. He was able to fix same day. He made sure working properly before he left and also made sure my remote garage door opener was working. Was given business card and notified to contact if have any issues. Very professional and courteous company. From when first contact Sunday afternoon. Phone receptionist was friendly and tried to get someone to come out that afternoon but all service techs were booked. There was an appointment for Monday at 1pm. Told receptionist, I would call back if couldn’t get anyone to fix that Sunday. Responded that call back anytime their lines are always open. Contact another company that’s advertised 24/7 hours. Gave my info and told someone would call me. Nobody called so called back to tell them to cancel my request. At that time told they probably didn’t return my call cause don’t work on Sundays. So called back precision and made appointment. Receptionist was friendly and took my information down. Afterwards, received email confirmation of scheduled appointment. Very pleased with the service and personnel at this company!!! As a side note the other company contacted me first thing next day eager to make appointment. In fact, they called 2 times. Save yourself some time and just make one phone call. Call Precision for your garage door repairs.

The technician, Rick was fantastic. He came on time and was very knowledgeable in his craft. He thoroughly explained my options for the job of replacing springs, cables, and rollers on a heavily used garage door. The install took less than an hour. The worspace was left very clean and all old parts were removed and disposed. Highly recommend the services of this wonderful company. The first time I used your company was last year. Keith C. came to repair my door. He told me exactly what was wrong. The previous owner hired someone that either didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care. Well, it was evident that Keith knew what he was doing and he cared about getting it done right. He’s an absolute professional and an asset to your company. Employees like him are hard to come by so my advice is do whatever it takes to keep him around. (I needed another repair a couple weeks ago and specifically requested him. Once again, great job on his part)

After spending $1,800 on new garage door apparatus, I can't sync the door opener to the buttons in my cars, even after hours of trying. I contacted the company immediately after the technician left, but never heard back. Just called to speak to owner or anyone else in charge, but was placed on hold for a long time. I'm thinking it was a mistake to deal with this company that doesn't seem to care about customer service.
