The first time I used your company was last year. Keith C. came to repair my door. He told me exactly what was wrong. The previous owner hired someone that either didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care. Well, it was evident that Keith knew what he was doing and he cared about getting it done right. He’s an absolute professional and an asset to your company. Employees like him are hard to come by so my advice is do whatever it takes to keep him around. (I needed another repair a couple weeks ago and specifically requested him. Once again, great job on his part)

After spending $1,800 on new garage door apparatus, I can't sync the door opener to the buttons in my cars, even after hours of trying. I contacted the company immediately after the technician left, but never heard back. Just called to speak to owner or anyone else in charge, but was placed on hold for a long time. I'm thinking it was a mistake to deal with this company that doesn't seem to care about customer service.

I called Precision late on a Friday afternoon after our garage door stopped working. They were extremely helpful and able to schedule a service technician to come out the following morning. Rick was technician that they sent out and he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. He quickly explained exactly what the problem was and provided different repair options. After the repair was completed Rick thoroughly went over everything that was done. I would highly recommend Precision and Rick if you need garage door service.

I had a very good experience with this company today when they came out to give me ASM S on my doors I'm want to replace both doors. The sale Representative very polite and had a good knowledge of the product that he was trying to sell he Show me all the product and let me take my time to make my mind up. Precision had a tough job to do! Our car was stuck inside the garage, and despite having a foot of space to work in, they got the job done, AND in incredibly hot weather. He wore a mask at all times and was very respectful of our property and car.

Keith did emergency repair on our garage door. I called Precision on Monday evening after our spring broke. Keith was at our house on Tuesday afternoon to replace the spring. He also made other needed repairs. Keith was very thorough in his explanations of what he was doing and why. He was very good about answering all of my questions. Keith's workmanship was of very high quality and very efficient. I am very glad that I called Precision. Keith made great improvements to our garage door. Thank you

Had a broken track on a garage door for my shed. Rick did everything he could to try and fix it but in the end, it needed to be replaced. Rick replaced the tracks and got my door working like new. I CALLED ON A FRIDAY AND SET UP AN APPT FOR THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. THE TECHNICIAN RICKY SHOWED UP WITHIN THE WINDOW OF THE TIMES GIVEN. UPON ARRIVAL,THE DIAGNOSIS WAS MADE AT WHAT THE ISSUE WAS WITH MY GARAGE DOOR AND WAS GIVEN NOT ONE,BUT TWO OPTIONS AS TO HOW THE PROBLEM COULD BE FIXED. I CHOSE THE MORE EXPENSIVE OF THE TWO-IT JUST SOUNDED BETTER TO ME. I WAS GIVEN A COMPLETE BREAKDOWN OF ALL COSTS BEFORE THE JOB WAS DONE SO THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY SURPRISES. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO COMPLETE,AND IN THE END IT WAS NOT MUCH LONGER THAN THAT AT ALL. ITS TOUGH DURING THESE TIMES TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMETHING UNEXPECTED,LIKE THIS,BUT AT LEAST I FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT!
