They were on time, efficient and fixed the problem (spring and rollers). The only reason I did not give them a 5 was because of cost. I would have loved to have had the job done at a cheaper cost. After the fact, I searched around for comparable services and believe I may have been able to get the job done cheaper elsewhere. However, I caution my thinking because the materials I may have received could be top notch &/or other companies' services could be shabby. For me, it's my lack of knowledge.

Garage door broke in the morning, could not get car out because of broken spring. The guys showed up by noon were very polite, professional, willing to make recommendations, listen to my concerns and in the end left me with an almost new door that works the way it is supposed to with and QUALITY parts. I am incredibly pleased with Precision and so glad I called them! My garage door broke on a Saturday night and got stuck closed, leaving our car trapped inside. I called the company at around 11:30pm fully expecting to leave a voice mail just hoping to make a Sunday appointment and couldn't believe it when a wonderful woman actually answered the phone! She was extremely kind and helpful. She was able to schedule a technician to come out first thing in the morning. Brian arrived as scheduled and was truly a pleasure to work with. He explained the problem, the services being performed, and the exact charges ahead of time. He worked efficiently and had my door up and running again in less than half an hour. We were finally free again! I can honestly say that I was 100% satisfied with Precision's service provided from their initial interaction to their final completion of service. I will most definitely be using them again should the situation arise.

The technician, Rick arrived when he said he would and changed the springs and performed an inspection within an hour of arrival. He was very courteous and cleaned up after the installation of the new springs. Rick informed me that the old springs were not the proper weight for my insulated garage door.
