Very happy with new garage door opener. Barry did a Fantastic job. He's great. Friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. About 6 months after install, heard some noise - - thought we might need a possible tune-up. Barry came by to check it out. For some reason we could not replicate the sounds. Barry was at my home for 5 minutes. He was not going to charge me but apparently the bosses wife insisted. Cost me $50 for nothing. Barry was great! But upper management has some customer service issues.

2 years ago I had the garage door spring replaced by precision. Several days ago the spring broke. I called precision yesterday and a nice gentleman name Barry came out today. He explained to me the details of the work and what is covered in the warranty. He did a super job installing and getting the door properly balanced. I am very happy with the work that was done.

I received good service from the customer service personnel and the technician was prompt and friendly and assessed the problem. However, he did not have the equipment needed to make the repair so he has to come back tomorrow -- and I had to pay the $50 fee for the service call.

Michael E explained the offerings and gave me prices of repair vs replace for my openers. Since my existing chain openers were 12 years old, I opted to replace both (even though only one was broken). Michael was very helpful in explaining operation and warranty, and I was very satisfied with the installation. I think the price is a bit higher than big box stores, but I was glad to get a quick turnaround.

I hired Precision to fix one of my two garage doors. Barry was our technician and did a fantastic job. Not only was he punctual and friendly, he explained to us our options for service (which saved us some money), but he also went through a 101 on how to keep our doors properly lubricated and working properly. Barry was our technician and was exceptional. I purchased a bid deal for new rollers or a keypad on angies list. He walked through everything he was going to do before he started any work. We discussed possible options and decided on the rollers since the door was squealing a lot. He replaced the rollers, oiled all hinges and moving parts, and even adjusted the motor chain since it was sagging a bit. I will most likely replace this door in the next few months as it does not have safety features that the newer doors have, but this was a great service and definitely quieted the door on opening and closing. And since Angie's List actually takes most of the money from the deal I purchased on there, and Precision does not, this is even more impressive with the quality and level of service provided. Thanks Barry.

I would like to thank Precision Overhead Doors for your excellent service in getting our garage door back up and functioning. Two days ago one of our springs broke and the door would not open. I call Precision Tuesday night and was able to get an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Alan came out, assessed the problem and within 30 minutes installed new heavy duty springs, checked all cables, adjusted the motor and lubricated all hinges making sure the garage door was functioning at optimal capacity. Alan was great and really made me feel at ease with his knowledge and expertise. I would recommend him and his associates for any garage work. Thanks again Alan. Respectfully, David Manuel
