I initially chose your company because I was looking for garage companies in Clinton, MD. I then reviewed your site and was very impressed, I like the get to know our technicians section. Rick was very courtesy and professional. He explained exactly what my issues were and what it would take to resolve. I was very satisfied with the level of service he provide. Thank you, Evonne Nutall Real Estate Broker

After reading all the reviews about this company I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The technician Barry called prior to coming and showed when he said he would. Upon arriving and evaluating our garage door, Barry recommended replacing the safety cables that had been installed incorrectly by another garage company. He also suggested replacing our current garage door opener which was a screw drive with a belt drive. Barry took care of everything in a timely manner and did a great job. I would recommend Barry and also Precision Garage Door for all of your garage door needs.

They were on time, efficient and fixed the problem (spring and rollers). The only reason I did not give them a 5 was because of cost. I would have loved to have had the job done at a cheaper cost. After the fact, I searched around for comparable services and believe I may have been able to get the job done cheaper elsewhere. However, I caution my thinking because the materials I may have received could be top notch &/or other companies' services could be shabby. For me, it's my lack of knowledge.
