I am incredibly pleased with Precision and so glad I called them! My garage door broke on a Saturday night and got stuck closed, leaving our car trapped inside. I called the company at around 11:30pm fully expecting to leave a voice mail just hoping to make a Sunday appointment and couldn't believe it when a wonderful woman actually answered the phone! She was extremely kind and helpful. She was able to schedule a technician to come out first thing in the morning. Brian arrived as scheduled and was truly a pleasure to work with. He explained the problem, the services being performed, and the exact charges ahead of time. He worked efficiently and had my door up and running again in less than half an hour. We were finally free again! I can honestly say that I was 100% satisfied with Precision's service provided from their initial interaction to their final completion of service. I will most definitely be using them again should the situation arise.

The technician, Rick arrived when he said he would and changed the springs and performed an inspection within an hour of arrival. He was very courteous and cleaned up after the installation of the new springs. Rick informed me that the old springs were not the proper weight for my insulated garage door. When he came, Garry (I think that was his name) realized that he didn't have the right door key pad to help, after installing a "radio", he realized he did not need it and eventually, was able to program the key pad properly. The radio that he had installed and realized we didn't need it was left here for some reason, along with wire to install it. Because it was to be a relatively expensive piece of equipment, I would have thought he would have taken it with him. I will keep it here in the event he wants it back. He was cooperative and, I believe, somewhat frustrated that he couldn't get the new keypad to work. Jay Treadwell

He installed new rollers, adjusted the springs & belts, and open/close settings. When completed, the doors were quiet and operated more smoothly than when they were first installed. The company insured there was quick service too. A great experience--exceeded my expectations!
