Precision Garage Door Service did a repair on my garage door today. I had a broken torsion sping. This was the second time I have use their services, the time before was the other door and a problem with the sensors. I was very happy with the service, and with the professionalism of Rick, the technician. Most of all, I was happy at getting what I feel was a straightforward cost estimates with no gimmicks and a fair price. Dealing with some other companies has left me feeling like dealing with the 'used car salesman." I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service on the basis of my two experiences with them. Do describe your problem, or send pictures, and ask for a ballpark estimate before the technician comes out. Their online chat service was very helpful.

At 5 am in the morning my son was left the house to do his Navy reserve duty. He immediately returned and told me the garage door would not open. I tried to open it, and immediately realized there was a real problem with the door, one of the torsion springs had broken. This was not a job I could take on so I went to the internet and found Precision. It was 6:30 am, and there was a "Let's Chat!" As a lark I clicked on the chat button, and I got an immediate response. I set up an appointment for between 8 am and 12 noon that same day. At 9;30 Harry and a colleague showed up, did the repair and were on their way in about an hour. They were very professional and did a great job. I appreciated the quick response and the great job. We contacted Precision Garage Doors to install a numerical touchpad outside our garage door. The company scheduled our repair at a convenient time and sent us an email “reminder”. The Precision serviceman called in advance and arrived on time. He was both professional and very informative. He quickly and efficiently installed a numerical touchpad. He also spent some time explaining how the unit functioned in addition to a few other aspects of our garage door system. Although the installation of the touchpad turned out to be fairly simple and straightforward, our experience with Precision Garage Doors turned out to be very positive. We would definitely call them again if the need arose.

we have had you service our garage door - at this point - on a yearly basis for one thing or another, and I think that we are through as your service rep charged $67 for 5 minutes to program our car remotes on top of a service and labor charge to replace (under warranty) springs. The total bill was $200 and I will think twice before calling you again

Wow...I am impressed with the customer service and care of this company. I received a call ahead that the technician was in route and he arrived within the timeframe given when I made the appointment. Upon arrival the Technician was Derrick who I knew in advance would be the one servicing our units. He diagnosed what the problem was and had to make a minor adjustment that solved the problem we were experiencing. This is a good company to deal with and I will certainly use them again if I have another problem in the future. Great job Precision in all facets of your business.
