I am giving Precision a 5 star rating, but I am giving the technician a 1 star. I have already spoke to the manager regarding my repair on Saturday, 8/15/15, with Darrell and don't want to go into complete detail again. But in short, additional customer service training is needed.

Garage door was working prior to repair. Door need a broken spring replaced which they replaced but the opener stopped functioning after the repair. Was told the capictor was bad and then told have to replace complete garage opener. Totally dissatified and wpuld not use this service again. The chains were left hanging in garage.

Your delivery of service is very positively impressive. That is as it is delivered by the lady in the front office who answers the phone, by your email that shows a picture of the technician and thereby makes him easily recognizable when he comes to one's front door, and by the skill of the technician in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Our garage door broke last night and quickly found Precision's number from a service call made years ago. I called after 9pm and was promptly helped and had a technician come out the next day. Garry was timely and very courteous. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for the bad news but they worked with me on the price to replace the springs, etc. He was done within an hour and showed me how to maintain it moving forward. I really like the customer service and prompt attention they always give us and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend Precision!

The two representatives from Precision Garage Door Darrell and Brian were both friendly, professional and timely. I love it! They came in and immediately made their assessment of the job that needed to be done which was to replace the torsion spring and center bearing and completed the job within 40 minutes of their arrival. In addition they check a over a safety listing to make sure that your system is properly balance and in good condition before they leave. Two thumbs up!!!

I chose Precision because they installed for me a new garage door back in March 2015 and I was very happy with the fine job that was done. However, I was having a problem with the door closing; it would stall - come part of the way down and then go back up. The technician, Brian, was supposed to be at my home between 8 AM and 12 PM. He did not arrive until after 1:30 PM. I had to call back twice to confirm that he was still coming. But once he got here, he immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it. He explained to me the cause of the problem. I appreciated that and was relieved. Hopefully, we won't have that problem again. I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. Thank you!

While this did occur a little over a month ago, I wanted to acknowledge my thanks to him. Barry came to my home and more than impressed me. He analyzed my garage door system, told me what was right and wrong and told me the cost to fix the problems. In fact, a year ago I used a different company in the area to address my problem and they just squirted some lubricant around and made a very temporary fix, something could have done myself and later did many times. Can I give 10 stars? :) I am not sure how I initially found you years ago, but I called last week when my garage door opener blew out after a lightning strike. Barry came out the very next day and installed a new unit. What a nice guy! He was efficient, explained everything -- just super. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing defect in that unit, so when the door malfunctioned I called again--and once again, you sent someone right away. This time it was Brian--another super-nice guy, efficient guy! I told him that being nice must be a prerequisite to working at Precision! :) My unit was replaced and re-programmed and is working like a champ! I have been singing Precision's praises on my Facebook page, so you may get a few new customers. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is in this day and age to have a company that is so responsive, efficient, respectful, kind, and pleasant, and that stands by its work and products. It's rare nowadays. I've been a long-time customer and will be a customer for life! Keep up the great work!
