Great service! They came the day after I called. They were a few minutes early and they had the springs and pulleys replaced in a short amount of time for less money than we spent with a different company almost exactly 10 years ago!

we have had you service our garage door - at this point - on a yearly basis for one thing or another, and I think that we are through as your service rep charged $67 for 5 minutes to program our car remotes on top of a service and labor charge to replace (under warranty) springs. The total bill was $200 and I will think twice before calling you again

I found your service via Home Advisor. My call was answered on a Sunday evening and although next day service was available, the service was scheduled based on my availability. Brian was on time, very courteous and professional. He advised me of the price for the repairs before starting and he very efficiently did a terrific job on fixing my garage door. I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone needing service on a garage door!

Wow...I am impressed with the customer service and care of this company. I received a call ahead that the technician was in route and he arrived within the timeframe given when I made the appointment. Upon arrival the Technician was Derrick who I knew in advance would be the one servicing our units. He diagnosed what the problem was and had to make a minor adjustment that solved the problem we were experiencing. This is a good company to deal with and I will certainly use them again if I have another problem in the future. Great job Precision in all facets of your business.

Garry was excellent, on time and very professional. The work appears very good. I was surprised to notice after he left that the springs installed were not the green coated springs that your website touts so highly but rather, they appear to be conventional uncoated steal springs, at $200 each.

I found Precision online. Expectation were met work wise. On a scale of 5 to 1 it was a 4. The technician was quick, knownledgeable and professional and knew his job. The price for the work done was very high. It took him 30 minutes to get the job done and the cost was almost $100 per ten minutes. A charge of $225 was good, but putting the service call on top of it made it to high, therefore a 4.

I am giving Precision a 5 star rating, but I am giving the technician a 1 star. I have already spoke to the manager regarding my repair on Saturday, 8/15/15, with Darrell and don't want to go into complete detail again. But in short, additional customer service training is needed.

Garage door was working prior to repair. Door need a broken spring replaced which they replaced but the opener stopped functioning after the repair. Was told the capictor was bad and then told have to replace complete garage opener. Totally dissatified and wpuld not use this service again. The chains were left hanging in garage.

Our garage door broke last night and quickly found Precision's number from a service call made years ago. I called after 9pm and was promptly helped and had a technician come out the next day. Garry was timely and very courteous. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for the bad news but they worked with me on the price to replace the springs, etc. He was done within an hour and showed me how to maintain it moving forward. I really like the customer service and prompt attention they always give us and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend Precision!

The two representatives from Precision Garage Door Darrell and Brian were both friendly, professional and timely. I love it! They came in and immediately made their assessment of the job that needed to be done which was to replace the torsion spring and center bearing and completed the job within 40 minutes of their arrival. In addition they check a over a safety listing to make sure that your system is properly balance and in good condition before they leave. Two thumbs up!!!

I chose Precision because they installed for me a new garage door back in March 2015 and I was very happy with the fine job that was done. However, I was having a problem with the door closing; it would stall - come part of the way down and then go back up. The technician, Brian, was supposed to be at my home between 8 AM and 12 PM. He did not arrive until after 1:30 PM. I had to call back twice to confirm that he was still coming. But once he got here, he immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it. He explained to me the cause of the problem. I appreciated that and was relieved. Hopefully, we won't have that problem again. I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. Thank you!

Barry came to my home and more than impressed me. He analyzed my garage door system, told me what was right and wrong and told me the cost to fix the problems. He repaired my door in about 1 hour and I was floored by the quietness and smoothness of my old door.
