Excellent service. The tech, Brian, was very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Very impressive - that doesn't happen very often anymore. The charges were fair also, as I had expected to pay much more than charged, even without the service fee. I would recommend Precision to to any friend or acquaintance, and if I need additional garage door service, I will be back. Good job.

I had my broken spring replaced on one of my garage doors. Everything was completed in about 30 minutes. I am satisfying with the service you provided. The only thing I don't like is the price of the parts, I think it's too expensive (Spring $200, Center bearing $45+ labor). If the spring break again, I might well buy me a new garage door.

Your website is very attractive and full with needed information, you were prompt to answer my call and have a service man (Garry) by the next day. I had somebody else looking at what he told me it was the problem (replace the garage door opener), but Garry came, did a few tests on the door and door opener, the problem was the door itself, he told me what it was needed to be done, gave me a quote that I agreed to it, did his job in less than two hour and my door is like brand new again, also, he told me that my door opener is great, no need to change it. Excellent job and I give Precision 5 stars.

This used to be the only garage door business I would deal with, so I have no idea what has happened. I have paid for two visits, the first (April 25th) I was told all I needed was lube (he didn't even do that) The second (May 16th), the technician made up three reasons for my issue... 1) a "jerker", 2) breaking in (over 5 years old), and 3) "sleep mode" (a total lie). I have now been charged for TWO visits, and my garage door STILL isn't repaired! Service performed: 1st time, absolutely NOTHING. Second time, 1 spring (of two) turned 1/2 turn.

The opener was installed insecurely. Some of the connections between the drive and the door were not fastened securely. One was only fastened with a bolt, lock washer, and nut when the instructions call for a clevis pin and a round locking pin. This connection came apart after only 10 -20 cycles of the door. Another of the drive connections was correctly connected with a clevis pin, but it was unsecured. There was nothing put through the hole in the pin to secure it. All the pivoting connections between the drive and the door are sloppy and have way too much play in them. The other parts of the installation were accomplished adequately.

The info in the ad in Google impressed me. Especially the spring expected lifetime. On Mothers Day, Mike was earlier than expected and finished in about 40 minutes with two cars stuck inside. The price was on the high end though.

It was Mother's Day and the spring on our garage door broke - we couldn't open the garage door. We called Precision and Mike was there in an hour. He replaced the spring and we were good to go. We are so grateful that Precision has emergency service on the weekends. They had given us a 4 hour arrival window which we totally understood because it was a weekend. Needless to say, we were delighted that Mike arrived so quickly. We've used Precision before and we will continue to use them in the future. They are a very professionally run business. Gary did a fine job on the spring repair and the replacement of the rollers. My only complaint was that the 12-4 window slipped to 5:30. Would have been helpful to know he was running late, so I didn't have to hang around for 6.5hrs. An update from your office would be very helpful for your customers. So although Gary's work was great and he was very personable, I can only go with 4 stars.
