I would give 5 stars if not so pricey. I replaced 2 springs, and an opener, the total is more than $1200. The service was excellent, the tech guy was very helpful. He completed the job within 2 hours.

Good morning, Just want to say Thank you!! Monday mornings come too soon, especially yesterday. The main spring for our SINGLE double garage door snapped. I having a 7:30 appointment, my husband is long gone of course and I panicked. The door is over 400 lbs, need I say more! Calling my husband for HELP!!! Within 20 mins, an appointment was confirmed by email along with a time line that was FANTASTIC 8 -12 on MONDAY the same day. Hard to believe that customers still do matter. Also, the email included Technician's name and photo. That was wonderful. The entire morning went the same way. I received a call about an hour later, surprise! Oh yes the man Berry C was for real. Said he would be there at a certain time and yes he was on the minute. He was very well groomed, introduced himself and said we could get everything taken care off. He walked me through what he was going to need to do to take care of my problem. He didn't think it was a problem, so I feeling pretty good at this point. He said all the right things. I could tell he was a truly qualified professional in his industry. He gave me a cost estimate and time line to finish before the work started. Everything was perfect. I failed to mention how organized and clean his truck was, good to see. Thank you again for the opportunity to share this with you and please know you have a VERY Special Man representing your Company.

I will never use this company again: Yesterday 9 March 2015 I had a service call for a garage door and opener that had been installed by Precision in April 2014. Originally they did a great job on the install so I felt good about calling them for the repair. I had to pay a service charge of $50 just for a technician to show up. He found that the idler pulley for my garage door opener was broken. Then he told me he "didn't have one on the truck". Really? A garage door company doesn't have a pulley?. However, he would replace my entire mount and pulley for an additional $75. I sensed a scam, so I said No and sent him packing. It turns out you can buy this pulley on-line for under $10, and my regular handyman swapped it in for me, and the door works again. Here's an alternate scenario: If Precision had charged $50 to cover the trip and the first half hour labor, and $20 for the pulley, I would have paid without complaining. It was the attempt to con me into paying for a bigger job that pissed me off. Enjoy that $50, because it is the last money you are getting from me, on any of my 4 garages.

Our manager tried to talk with you about this, but was not able to help you to understand. The "fix" that you wanted will hurt the integrity of the door. We are glad that you got the door working, but do hope you do not have further problems.

First, thank you for correcting the problem. Comment? I understand there was fresh snow on the ground but the technician who was supposed to come between 8-10, came around 1:00. I was off from my work. Also the price I was quoted the night before was about $30 higher. After some discusion and calling the manager, the price went down and with a $15 coupon, it was reasonable because I know that companies charge just for coming to someone's house. The repair was "tiny", it just needed to put the sensor back on the track, which I did not know how to do myself. It seems to me like these sensors are very flimsy, it should be some kind of protection around them (or something) because just a tiny touch and the sensors fall off. The technician was polite and patient until we resolved the payment and the manager seemed to be reasonable to resolve the payment talking with the technician. Thank you.

I called Precision to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Michael responded the same day and made the repair. Other companies I contacted said they were booked and could not come for another four days. Michael did offer me a few other options to purchased but was not pushy when I decline. I was very happy with the service provide.

A+++. Barry came to fix a broken spring in my garage. He was extremely professional and courteous. He worked very quickly to get the repair done and took extra time to ensure it was done perfectly. He made small adjustments to ensure the door was closing the exact amount necessary and that the repair was done properly. I really can't say enough good things about him; I was extremely stressed out about the garage door not working and Barry came in and saved the deal. The quality and price of this repair was unbeatable and I highly recommend Precision. I doubt I'll need another repair again, but if I do, I'm coming to Precision. A+++

The spring of my garage door went broken, I called the phone number and the technician came within 2 hours. He worked really fast to replace the spring on both side. However, your price is really too high--the total charge is $355 including emergency service, giving the fact that a pair of springs are only $40 at Home Depot.

Mike did not explain to me, when I mentioned problems with the button outside the door not responding as I had been accustomed to previously, that it was a separate job I would need to make another request for, as I would have done. He treated it as if it wasn't important. I'm willing to pay for that. For now I can only use the remotes, and I need to always have one handy.
