The two representatives from Precision Garage Door Darrell and Brian were both friendly, professional and timely. I love it! They came in and immediately made their assessment of the job that needed to be done which was to replace the torsion spring and center bearing and completed the job within 40 minutes of their arrival. In addition they check a over a safety listing to make sure that your system is properly balance and in good condition before they leave. Two thumbs up!!!

I chose Precision because they installed for me a new garage door back in March 2015 and I was very happy with the fine job that was done. However, I was having a problem with the door closing; it would stall - come part of the way down and then go back up. The technician, Brian, was supposed to be at my home between 8 AM and 12 PM. He did not arrive until after 1:30 PM. I had to call back twice to confirm that he was still coming. But once he got here, he immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it. He explained to me the cause of the problem. I appreciated that and was relieved. Hopefully, we won't have that problem again. I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. Thank you!

While this did occur a little over a month ago, I wanted to acknowledge my thanks to him. I had previously experienced a very displeasing and unacceptable visit from one of you technicians and informed the office I would not utilize your service for any of my garage door needs. Derrick? came out to my house to speak with me and review my concerns. He was pleasant and understanding of my concerns. He was efficient and very knowledgeable and what began as a repair ended up in an installation of a new opener well after office closing time to ensure my satisfaction. In fact, a year ago I used a different company in the area to address my problem and they just squirted some lubricant around and made a very temporary fix, something could have done myself and later did many times. Can I give 10 stars? :) I am not sure how I initially found you years ago, but I called last week when my garage door opener blew out after a lightning strike. Barry came out the very next day and installed a new unit. What a nice guy! He was efficient, explained everything -- just super. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing defect in that unit, so when the door malfunctioned I called again--and once again, you sent someone right away. This time it was Brian--another super-nice guy, efficient guy! I told him that being nice must be a prerequisite to working at Precision! :) My unit was replaced and re-programmed and is working like a champ! I have been singing Precision's praises on my Facebook page, so you may get a few new customers. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is in this day and age to have a company that is so responsive, efficient, respectful, kind, and pleasant, and that stands by its work and products. It's rare nowadays. I've been a long-time customer and will be a customer for life! Keep up the great work!

5-Star rating! On May 19th Alan repaired our garage door and was absolutely outstanding. Great customer care and first rate professionalism. He was timely, answered all questions, and gave us a real sense that he knew what he was doing. We trust him and will only use Precision (Alan) going forward. Excellent service. The tech, Brian, was very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Very impressive - that doesn't happen very often anymore. The charges were fair also, as I had expected to pay much more than charged, even without the service fee. I would recommend Precision to to any friend or acquaintance, and if I need additional garage door service, I will be back. Good job.

I had my broken spring replaced on one of my garage doors. Everything was completed in about 30 minutes. I am satisfying with the service you provided. The only thing I don't like is the price of the parts, I think it's too expensive (Spring $200, Center bearing $45+ labor). If the spring break again, I might well buy me a new garage door.

Your website is very attractive and full with needed information, you were prompt to answer my call and have a service man (Garry) by the next day. I had somebody else looking at what he told me it was the problem (replace the garage door opener), but Garry came, did a few tests on the door and door opener, the problem was the door itself, he told me what it was needed to be done, gave me a quote that I agreed to it, did his job in less than two hour and my door is like brand new again, also, he told me that my door opener is great, no need to change it. Excellent job and I give Precision 5 stars.

I have used this company a few times. Each time the technician was very professional and explained in great detail my issues. This last visit was from the technician, Barry. He was terrific. He was respectful, and very professional. He explained everything he needed to do to fix my issue. As he was fixing it he was walking me through everything he was doing. This used to be the only garage door business I would deal with, so I have no idea what has happened. I have paid for two visits, the first (April 25th) I was told all I needed was lube (he didn't even do that) The second (May 16th), the technician made up three reasons for my issue... 1) a "jerker", 2) breaking in (over 5 years old), and 3) "sleep mode" (a total lie). I have now been charged for TWO visits, and my garage door STILL isn't repaired! Service performed: 1st time, absolutely NOTHING. Second time, 1 spring (of two) turned 1/2 turn.
