Mike C. did a quick and efficient job in adjusting the roller support rails as well as installing 2 longer, and more appropriate, end rollers. He analyzed the problem, new what to do, and did the work quickly. He was very courteous and explained what and why each thing he did was necessary. Will certainly be calling Precision again for any further garage door repairs.

Barry, the repairman, showed up on time, very quickly determined the problem with my broken garage door, and offered reasonable estimates on fixing it vs. installing a new one. Within 1 hour, he had a new one in and running. I kept your company's card in case I ever need service again.

He was running behind but I got a call telling me that and I appreciated knowing that he would be a little late. He explained to me what had to be done and how much it would be. When he was finished, he alerted me to the fact that our runners were old and would probably have to be replaced at some point. I avoided a new service charge by just having him fix them right now. Mike was very pleasant and very professional. He is an asset to your company. The job was done within about 1 1/2 hours. Thanks. Pat

I chose to use Precision Door Service to inspect and service my garage door because of their professional website, the customer testimonials, and the guarantee of convenient appointments. Upon making the appointment, Precision sent me an email to confirm the appointment and to let me know the name of the technician assigned to my service call. This extra feature was very comforting. The technician, Alan T., was punctual and professional. He conducted a 25-point safety inspection on my garage door, lubricated the garage door cables, and recommended that I upgrade my garage door with safety cables. (In addition, Alan T. kindly moved a few boxes that were blocking his access to the garage door cables.) The work was completed within an hour. Alan T. provided excellent customer service. I will recommend Precision Door Service to my family and friends.

Not only was one of the springs broken, but the wooden bracket holding up one side of the door track was also broken. Your technicians are true craftsmen. In a very short time, they evaluated the problem, made a proposal, and then executed it in short order. We are both very glad we called you. I had 2 garage doors rebuilt and 2 openers installed. Total cost was about $2500. My technician was Alan. Overall I was very satisfied with their customer service, promptness, and quality of work.
