I have had your technicians come twice for things I needed and both times got a quick response and service. One to install the door opener and the second to purchase another remote and service my door. I called Precision to replace the motor in my garage and was pleasantly surprised that Garry was able to come out the following morning. Garry was very courteous and explained my options and pricing for my job. He also identified an issue with my spring and explained why it would be important to fix. He did a thorough job and walk me through all the features of my new opener. The reason why I only gave four stars was that I was a bit disappointed to learn after the install that my new system did not include the backup battery nor a lightbulb. It was easy enough for me to install the lightbulb myself; however, I was informed that in order to get the battery put in I would have to call back an installer for an additional charge. I figured that with a new unit it would come complete with everything for full operation.

The service was scheduled same day as the garage door spring broke. That was helpful since both cars were stuck inside. The service man came in the time 12-4 frame given at 2:30. He was done in about an hour. Instead of just repairing the single spring he replaced it with 2 springs which will hopefully help avoid getting locked in the garage again. Also he was very friendly and worked quickly.

After reading all the reviews about this company I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The technician Barry called prior to coming and showed when he said he would. Upon arriving and evaluating our garage door, Barry recommended replacing the safety cables that had been installed incorrectly by another garage company. He also suggested replacing our current garage door opener which was a screw drive with a belt drive. Barry took care of everything in a timely manner and did a great job. I would recommend Barry and also Precision Garage Door for all of your garage door needs.
