I have been a Precision customer since 2000. This is the only company that services my garage door and opener. I called around 4p on Thursday and a technician was sent the next day. Technician Rick represents the company well. Problem solved! Uncertain as to what to check in Service Performed area.

I chose Precision because they installed for me a new garage door back in March 2015 and I was very happy with the fine job that was done. However, I was having a problem with the door closing; it would stall - come part of the way down and then go back up. The technician, Brian, was supposed to be at my home between 8 AM and 12 PM. He did not arrive until after 1:30 PM. I had to call back twice to confirm that he was still coming. But once he got here, he immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it. He explained to me the cause of the problem. I appreciated that and was relieved. Hopefully, we won't have that problem again. I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. Thank you!

5-Star rating! On May 19th Alan repaired our garage door and was absolutely outstanding. Great customer care and first rate professionalism. He was timely, answered all questions, and gave us a real sense that he knew what he was doing. We trust him and will only use Precision (Alan) going forward. In fact, we have already recommended Alan to our next door neighbor and believe they will call Precision to perform work on their garage door. We are a very satisfied customer.

The info in the ad in Google impressed me. Especially the spring expected lifetime. On Mothers Day, Mike was earlier than expected and finished in about 40 minutes with two cars stuck inside. The price was on the high end though.

this is the second time I have used your company. Both times I was not present when the repair person came, but my wife was each time. The first time was a broken chain I think (2/11). The repair person sold a new motor. This time was a broken spring. In each case the cost was around $500. My preception is that I am being overcharged. I questioned both service calls and the repair stated that he made both repairs. At this point I will not used Precision again. I feel as if I have been overcharged. I think the reapirs would have been less expensive, but the sales were more profitable for the company.

There are cheaper companies that can do similar work, but not with the level of service or quality of parts.

I like how you provide Employee info so the customer will already know who to expect. My experience was good but Alan thought that I needed a new garage door opener. It turns out that he had miss-adjusted it but I was able to properly adjust it a couple of days later. I have never used a service like this so I was surprised to learn that you aren't open on Sundays. It seems like offering some Sunday service would prevent some customers from having to use leave during the week or to have to wait for a Saturday appointment.

The technician came and quickly addressed the problem, He fixed it in a matter of minutes, he was very competent. The only small complaint would be that he was a little late but He fixed it so fast that it didn't even matter. If my garage door opener malfunctions again I will call Precision doors again. I really appreciated that fact that I could look up the person that was going to come, it made me feel safer.

I thought I was calling Clinton Garage Doors because they had repaired my springs at my previous home. At first, my scheduled time was for the date I called (1-2-13) between 1-3 pm, I thought, "Wow good service!" I received a call @ 12:20 stating that the repairman would be there the next day between 7-9am. I called my job and told my supervisor that I will be in around 10 or so. The repairman did not arrive until 9:45am only after I called your company to say that I did not receive a call from the repairman and asked if he was still coming. He then quoted me a price that I thought was too high (over $600)probably because I was already upset because of the tardiness. He told me that I had to get both springs even though only one was broken. He explained why both had to be replaced which made sense to me (at my other home, the repairperson only had to do one for around $100). I only went with Precision Doors because I was in a hurry to just get it fixed. I did apologized to the repairman for my attitude. My total experience was a 2 star. The work I give 4 star.

Great experience, Derrick was on time and very professional which is a rare thing these days. The work was excellent and he communicated to me all that needed to be done. Springs, rollers, cables, and the alignment of my door. What drew me to your company was the fact that on your website you solicit comments from your clients, and there is a profile of your technicians. I also felt (confident) leaving Derrick to do the work instead of standing around watching. I will be needing a garage door opener installed, and I will call Precision.....

Barry showed up instead of the assigned technician but I was very pleased with the service. He was very professional as he diagnosed the problem and explained how he planned to carry out the repair. He even swept my garage! I am very impressed with the service I received today.
