I was very frustrated the early morning I woke up and could not get out of my garage! The frustration mounted when every search for someone to fix my garage door now ended up empty. Then I came across Precision Garage Doors!!! From the online chat session to the arrival of the technician in less than an hour's time, I was absolutely amazed! The customer service is impeccable!! Brian helped me get out of my garage in less than 10 minutes. His diagnosis that I needed a new door was sincere, professional, and immediate. So, Brian came back Monday to install my new garage door. I have to say that his professionalism, customer service, and sense of humor are top tier! He called to tell me he would be a bit late because he had a blow out — I appreciate the courtesy! He got right to work as soon as he got here — that was especially important to me, as I was in the middle of another business transaction. He was constantly joking with me and that made the experience even more enjoyable — personality and sense of humor are great signs that indicate someone loves their job; I have immense appreciation for people who love what they do. I have already referred Brian and Precision Garage Doors to one of my neighbors. Please keep doing what you all do Precision! It is very much appreciated! Oh, and I absolutely LOVE my new garage door! It is so much more quieter than that empty tin can I used to have.

I was very satisfied with the service received. Barry was very courteous, explained everything in layman's terms and I felt very comfortable with him. I can't remember the other gentleman's name but he was very knowledgeable as well. I would certainly use this company in the future. I do have one suggestion which is not a reflection of the technicians but it would be wise to inform your clients if there is a delay as soon as possible. I chose Precision because they installed for me a new garage door back in March 2015 and I was very happy with the fine job that was done. However, I was having a problem with the door closing; it would stall - come part of the way down and then go back up. The technician, Brian, was supposed to be at my home between 8 AM and 12 PM. He did not arrive until after 1:30 PM. I had to call back twice to confirm that he was still coming. But once he got here, he immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it. He explained to me the cause of the problem. I appreciated that and was relieved. Hopefully, we won't have that problem again. I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. Thank you!

5-Star rating! On May 19th Alan repaired our garage door and was absolutely outstanding. Great customer care and first rate professionalism. He was timely, answered all questions, and gave us a real sense that he knew what he was doing. We trust him and will only use Precision (Alan) going forward. In fact, we have already recommended Alan to our next door neighbor and believe they will call Precision to perform work on their garage door. We are a very satisfied customer.

The info in the ad in Google impressed me. Especially the spring expected lifetime. On Mothers Day, Mike was earlier than expected and finished in about 40 minutes with two cars stuck inside. The price was on the high end though.
