I chose Precision based on internet ratings and reviews. I like that they provide pictures and profiles of people who perform the work. They came within the time range given and called to let me know they were 20 mins away before arrival. Derrick was very professional. He did and assessment of my system and provided me with options. Let me say that again. OPTIONS. We all love options. Derrick explained to me about the torsion spring, bearings, rollers, the noise from the opener. After making my selection he did a GREAT job with the repair. Derrick explained his work performed and the information he provided will make me reduce the unnecessary repetitive opening/closing we do. I'm very pleased with the work performed and I will recommend this company to anyone who needs the work done.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I called around 9:30, Tech arrived in less than 25 mins, I took a 10 min. shower and he was basically done! This is the ONLY company I've ever dealt with with this type of fast, prompt and, expert service. They should have an A/C and HVAC branch! ***** 5- Stars

I chose Precision because they installed for me a new garage door back in March 2015 and I was very happy with the fine job that was done. However, I was having a problem with the door closing; it would stall - come part of the way down and then go back up. The technician, Brian, was supposed to be at my home between 8 AM and 12 PM. He did not arrive until after 1:30 PM. I had to call back twice to confirm that he was still coming. But once he got here, he immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it. He explained to me the cause of the problem. I appreciated that and was relieved. Hopefully, we won't have that problem again. I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. Thank you!

The info in the ad in Google impressed me. Especially the spring expected lifetime. On Mothers Day, Mike was earlier than expected and finished in about 40 minutes with two cars stuck inside. The price was on the high end though.
