I chose Precision because of the excellent job you did in installing a new garage door I purchased in 2015. Also, I appreciate Precision providing a bio of the technician providing the service and the prompt response to my service call. My technician today was Sherman C-Stepney. He called and arrived within the time frame that I was given. He was pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problem and recommended the most practical solution with which I agreed. He installed the opener with precision and when the job was completed he explained the operation of it to me. Again I am pleased with my service with Precision. Thanks Sherman!

Your technician, Sherman C-Stepney, did an excellent job in immediately diagnosing the problem with my garage door opener which turned out to be loose cables. He went about fixing the cables in a professional manner and answered all my questions. He made good recommendations on maintenance for the opener and the garage door. If anything else goes wrong I will request him for the repair! He is truly an asset to your team!

I chose Precision based on internet ratings and reviews. I like that they provide pictures and profiles of people who perform the work. They came within the time range given and called to let me know they were 20 mins away before arrival. Derrick was very professional. He did and assessment of my system and provided me with options. Let me say that again. OPTIONS. We all love options. Derrick explained to me about the torsion spring, bearings, rollers, the noise from the opener. After making my selection he did a GREAT job with the repair. Derrick explained his work performed and the information he provided will make me reduce the unnecessary repetitive opening/closing we do. I'm very pleased with the work performed and I will recommend this company to anyone who needs the work done.

I was very frustrated the early morning I woke up and could not get out of my garage! The frustration mounted when every search for someone to fix my garage door now ended up empty. Then I came across Precision Garage Doors!!! From the online chat session to the arrival of the technician in less than an hour's time, I was absolutely amazed! The customer service is impeccable!! Brian helped me get out of my garage in less than 10 minutes. His diagnosis that I needed a new door was sincere, professional, and immediate. So, Brian came back Monday to install my new garage door. I have to say that his professionalism, customer service, and sense of humor are top tier! He called to tell me he would be a bit late because he had a blow out — I appreciate the courtesy! He got right to work as soon as he got here — that was especially important to me, as I was in the middle of another business transaction. He was constantly joking with me and that made the experience even more enjoyable — personality and sense of humor are great signs that indicate someone loves their job; I have immense appreciation for people who love what they do. I have already referred Brian and Precision Garage Doors to one of my neighbors. Please keep doing what you all do Precision! It is very much appreciated! I can't remember the other gentleman's name but he was very knowledgeable as well. I would certainly use this company in the future.
