Rick and his apprentice Lane from Precision Door did a great job! I am very meticulous about work being done on my house and I expect a lot. I guess that’s what 22 years of military does to you. Rick was very thorough and explained in detail what he was doing. He was very organized and professional from start to finish. Very happy! Highly recommend!

Purchased a complete garage door install in 2014. Today the torsion spring broke but unfortunately was out of warranty by only 2 months. The manager Mike offered that I pay for the parts to replace and waived the labor costs. He also gave me a lifetime warranty on the new springs. The torsion springs are very expensive however checked with other door companies that were much less in replacement costs. I choose to have precision do the repair despite the high cost because their torsion springs are a higher quality and are powder coated. The tech. Sherman was very courteous and professional and checked out the entire door after the new spring install.

Our 3-layer insulated door was installed last week by Wes, who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We're extremely happy with this decision. I chose Precision because of the excellent job you did in installing a new garage door I purchased in 2015. Also, I appreciate Precision providing a bio of the technician providing the service and the prompt response to my service call. My technician today was Sherman C-Stepney. He called and arrived within the time frame that I was given. He was pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problem and recommended the most practical solution with which I agreed. He installed the opener with precision and when the job was completed he explained the operation of it to me. Again I am pleased with my service with Precision. Thanks Sherman!

Your technician, Sherman C-Stepney, did an excellent job in immediately diagnosing the problem with my garage door opener which turned out to be loose cables. He went about fixing the cables in a professional manner and answered all my questions. He made good recommendations on maintenance for the opener and the garage door. If anything else goes wrong I will request him for the repair! He is truly an asset to your team!

Your service/account representative was professional and knowledgeable, however he had to make a second trip to my residence because he did not call me the first time to inform me that he was running behind. That caused me time and unfortunately money (had to leave my place of employment to return home).

Sherman was our repairman today to fix springs that broke on our garage door. He was excellent! He called while he was on his way to our house and arrived at early part of 8 - 10:30am window given for the job. He arrived at 8:15am! He explained everything in detail and did tremendous job.
