Sherman was our repairman today to fix springs that broke on our garage door. He was excellent! He called while he was on his way to our house and arrived at early part of 8 - 10:30am window given for the job. He arrived at 8:15am! He explained everything in detail and did tremendous job.

Purchased a complete garage door install in 2014. Today the torsion spring broke but unfortunately was out of warranty by only 2 months. The manager Mike offered that I pay for the parts to replace and waived the labor costs. He also gave me a lifetime warranty on the new springs. The torsion springs are very expensive however checked with other door companies that were much less in replacement costs. I choose to have precision do the repair despite the high cost because their torsion springs are a higher quality and are powder coated. The tech. Sherman was very courteous and professional and checked out the entire door after the new spring install.

Your technician, Sherman C-Stepney, did an excellent job in immediately diagnosing the problem with my garage door opener which turned out to be loose cables. He went about fixing the cables in a professional manner and answered all my questions. He made good recommendations on maintenance for the opener and the garage door. If anything else goes wrong I will request him for the repair! He is truly an asset to your team!

Your service/account representative was professional and knowledgeable, however he had to make a second trip to my residence because he did not call me the first time to inform me that he was running behind.
