Rick installed our new garage door opener. He called before he got here. Checked out our old opener and determined that after 25 years, it had finally given up. He had two options of openers for us and after we made our selection, he quickly and efficiently installed it. He programmed it and showed me how to work it.

I am very pleased with Joe C's service last Friday. Joe showed up on time and was very professional and methodical in his approach to the task of resolving the garage door problem. Joe was fully covid-19 compliant as he wore his mask on arrival and throughout the repairs. He carefully explained the repairs that were done. My 16 year old double garage door failed yesterday. I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised to get a cancellation slot the next day. The technicians were Rick and Max, who were courteous and friendly. Rick examined the door assembly, which had multiple defects, and outlined on a tablet three options for repair, with differing costs and guarantee periods. He patiently and clearly explained the alternatives and answered all my questions. There was no hard sell to take the most expensive option. Once I had decided, the pair worked quickly and efficiently during a steamy hot day. They considerately placed covers over the bed of an historic truck I had in the garage, whose battery I had omitted to charge and was unable to move. The work completed was first class, and they cleaned up well afterwards. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending or referring Precision to other customers. Good service pays in the end!

Kieth was most professional and courteous. He analyzed the problem with loopsided garage door that had stopped 3/4 of the way down a few hours earlier. Keith did was necessary to get the door safely up so that I could drive my car out safely. When I called Precision they promptly scheduled me for an appointment the same day within hours of my call. I googled garage door repair and Precision popped up. So I went to there website and the chat box popped up. I typed in what I needed and by 2:00 pm the same day my door was fixed. WOW! Great service quick response and very nice and knowledgeable installer.

Definitely 5 star rating! Keith was very professional and knowledgeable about my problem. My remote started working again as if nothing was ever a problem but Keith explained to me what the problem was a gave me a recommendation on replacing my motor. No up selling, just plain honesty. Precision quickly handled our garage door needs. The lift spring snapped and with a call to precision, they were able to send out a technician the following morning. Keith, the technician, called ahead of time, arrived with in the appointment window, and worked quickly to fix our garage door. He then took the time to explain how the spring system worked and how to take care of the door track over time. The price for parts and labor were extremely fair.

I give Precision and Keith, specifically, 5 stars. This is the third time in 5years we have used Precision, and it’s the second time in 3months Keith has responded to,our call. (I’m sure I chose Precision originally off Angie’s List. You probably offered a maintenance special through them. We had a company sticker in the garage that helped me to remember whom to call.). I very much appreciate the way the company tells you who is coming and gives you information about that person, including providing their picture. And I appreciate the marked trucks. Keith came to our home to install new openers just a few months ago, but my husband handled that call, so I had not met him and would not have recognized him. Keith was on time, he communicated with us about his arrival time, he knew exactly what was needed right away. But what I really appreciated was that he thought the broken mechanism might be under warranty and took the initiative to check for that, and indeed it was. I would not have known that—I didn’t even inquire. He could have charged me full price, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. So I appreciate his honesty and initiative on that.
