Very pleased with service received yesterday. My remotes, keypad and automobile transmitter were not opening/closing one of my garage doors. After numerous attempts to resolve the situation myself, I contacted Precision Door staff for assistance. When telephone assistance did not resolve staff put me on to technician for on-site diagnosis and resolution. Tech Keith was on-time and after working through a few scenarios recommended replacement of the door opener. Keith was very thorough in his analyses and diagnosis, explaining pros and cons of various options in a manner that made it simple and logical for me to comprehend. He was very professional and patiently responded to any questions I had. I am very satisfied with his performance and workmanship. I am glad we took his recommendations and replaced both door openers. I'd highly recommend Precision Door Inc. to anyone needing garage door service.

Precision door service was wonderful. I got a same day appointment. The technician who came, Derrick, was fast, clear and totally professional. His assistant, whose name I didn't get was also terrific. Derrick diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in five minutes. They then lubed the whole door and made sure everything worked perfectly. Wow-I couldn't have been more pleased. They went above and beyond and made another small repair to the power source. They were at my house for about 15 minutes. As they were leaving I said: wait, I need to pay you. The repair was so quick (screwing in the arm bracket that had come out of the wall) that they didn't charge me. They just said be sure to call us again if anything goes wrong. I will! Thank you!

The serviceman called when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would and he replaced both springs on one of our garage doors and also four pulleys. The entire job was finished within the hour. The door goes up and down a lot smoother than it did before. I give them a five star rating for their service and professionalism, but I do think they are a bit pricey. With that being said, I didn't compare their prices. I used them because of the reviews I read on line.

They were on time, efficient and fixed the problem (spring and rollers). The only reason I did not give them a 5 was because of cost. I would have loved to have had the job done at a cheaper cost. After the fact, I searched around for comparable services and believe I may have been able to get the job done cheaper elsewhere. However, I caution my thinking because the materials I may have received could be top notch &/or other companies' services could be shabby. For me, it's my lack of knowledge.

Garry was excellent, on time and very professional. The work appears very good. I was surprised to notice after he left that the springs installed were not the green coated springs that your website touts so highly but rather, they appear to be conventional uncoated steal springs, at $200 each.

Garage door was working prior to repair. Door need a broken spring replaced which they replaced but the opener stopped functioning after the repair. Was told the capictor was bad and then told have to replace complete garage opener. Totally dissatified and wpuld not use this service again. The chains were left hanging in garage.

I am a repeat customer that had door springs installed be PDS before. I called again because of the excellent service I received previously and it matched the service Garry provided today; very knowledgable. He came during my appointment window, called ahead of his arrival to let us know he was on his way, assessed the needed repair, performed the work in a safe manner, did the 25-Pount Safety Check, advised us of a deficiency, and demonstrated the operation of the repaired work. He advised us of the 1-Yr Warranty (Parts only) and have us some maintenance tips for our equipment. Great experience and we appreciated PDS being available when WE needed YOU! Kudos! Gary did a fine job on the spring repair and the replacement of the rollers. My only complaint was that the 12-4 window slipped to 5:30. Would have been helpful to know he was running late, so I didn't have to hang around for 6.5hrs. An update from your office would be very helpful for your customers. So although Gary's work was great and he was very personable, I can only go with 4 stars.

Keypad replacement under warranty should be free of charge. The persons who came did a nice job, except forgetting to set up Password of the second opener. None of the service performed below can be chosen and without it error appears, so I choose one of them at random.

I was delighted with the service from Precision. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician diagnosed the broken spring quickly. In addition to making the repair, he showed me how to properly lubricate the new springs as well as the hinges and answered questions I had about wi-fi enabled motors. I would definitely recommend the company!
