The Precision technician, Bobby, was right on time for the appointment to replace a broken coil spring. He was very personable and explained all aspects of the job (cost, what he would replace, how to maintain the system after the repair). As a DIYer who did not want to tackle this job, I appreciated Bobby's expertise and ability to get the job done quickly and completely.

We have been Precision door customers for years for a good reason. When my garage door spring snapped, I called for help immediately since we couldn't get our car out of the garage. Within 24 hours, we not only had an appointment but we had everything fixed! Layne, our service technician, arrived on time, explained what the repair would entail, diagnosed other problems with our garage door system and corrected them all in a timely and efficient manner. He was courteous and professional. We couldn't be more pleased.

If I am not mistaken, you installed the original garage door in our Town Home 29 years ago and left a sticker just above the light switch. I believe this is only the second time we have had the need to call you and you were just as responsive as the first time, very Professional, accurate and efficient. Great customer service. I purchased my Garage door from Overhead Garage Precision Door Service a couple of years ago. I recently needed service on the door, because it would not open. Anthony, the service tech arrived on time and took care of the problem in a professional manner. I did not bother to call around for estimates, based on my past experience with Precision Door I just phoned them because of the great service I received in the past.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Precision Door Service from beginning to end. Upon my telephone contact with the company, a representative promptly answered my call and was able to schedule a service appointment for the next day. The technician, Rick G., provided excellent service. He arrived within the scheduled time window, quickly assessed the work that needed to be done, advised me on the best course of action, and completed the installation of new drive cables, pullets and rollers and garage door openers well within the time frame of his estimate. Throughout the appointment he was highly professional, very technically competent and exhibited the very best in customer service skills, including a demeanor of honesty and trustworthiness. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company.

Derrick was extremely kind and helpful. He explained that he was very busy helping others and apologized for being late for his appointment. Derrick immediately got to work straightening our two inputs. He lubricated all our door closer springs. He worked quickly and tested the doors apparatus. We were very impressed by his abilities and attitude.

We were very pleased with the repairs and upgrade on our garage door. Your representative, Chris, was very well informed, clearly experienced with his craft, and patient with questions. The following should not be included in the review because it is a very minor criticism, but the phone jingle about garage doors that greets your callers sounded off-key and was repeated time after time after time while I waited to be connected. It probably does more to encourage clients to hang up rather than sell your product.

Our technician, Rick Gueroy, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. He arrived at the end of a long day and promptly diagnosed the issues and instead of scheduling to return another day he worked into the evening to ensure our family had a silently smooth new garage door opener installed. We called on a Sunday & someone answered the phone!!!! We were able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. Rick came early (he texted & called to see if it was ok). He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He was able to do other work as well that I had no idea we could do -- he programmed our outdoor keypad for both doors. So knowledgeable & polite. We have used this company for many years & the technicians are very competent.

Rick installed our new garage door opener. He called before he got here. Checked out our old opener and determined that after 25 years, it had finally given up. He had two options of openers for us and after we made our selection, he quickly and efficiently installed it. He programmed it and showed me how to work it.

The technician, Derrick E., was very courteous and professional. I appreciate that he tried to salvage my 24-year-old garage door opener, but, as I suspected, it was time for a replacement. Derrick did a good job explaining new garage door options, then proceeded to install the new system. He also spent additional time to install garage door pulleys, springs and rollers. I was satisfied with his work as well as his demeaner.
