Our garage door had been failing for a few months, but it works perfectly now that the springs and center bracket have been replaced. The cost for this service as well as a keypad adjustment and 2 additional remotes was less than expected. Very happy with the service.

My garage door broke the night before thanksgiving. We called the repair facility that originally installed the garage door in the first place. I had thought we may have had a relationship. Not only did they never called back that night but still has not responded. I went on line to look up broken springs. After a review I called on thanksgiving day. They not only answered the call but I was scheduled for the next day. They could not have been more courteous and professional. Garry was a seasoned professional and explained every step. I am very satisfied.

Our new belt driven garage door opener was installed today and it is quiet and the installation was quick and easy. Brian was our technician, he was nice and polite, clean cut and on time. we have had you service our garage door - at this point - on a yearly basis for one thing or another, and I think that we are through as your service rep charged $67 for 5 minutes to program our car remotes on top of a service and labor charge to replace (under warranty) springs. The total bill was $200 and I will think twice before calling you again

The opener was installed insecurely. Some of the connections between the drive and the door were not fastened securely. One was only fastened with a bolt, lock washer, and nut when the instructions call for a clevis pin and a round locking pin. This connection came apart after only 10 -20 cycles of the door. Another of the drive connections was correctly connected with a clevis pin, but it was unsecured. There was nothing put through the hole in the pin to secure it. All the pivoting connections between the drive and the door are sloppy and have way too much play in them. The other parts of the installation were accomplished adequately.

It was Mother's Day and the spring on our garage door broke - we couldn't open the garage door. We called Precision and Mike was there in an hour. He replaced the spring and we were good to go. We are so grateful that Precision has emergency service on the weekends. They had given us a 4 hour arrival window which we totally understood because it was a weekend. Needless to say, we were delighted that Mike arrived so quickly. We've used Precision before and we will continue to use them in the future. They are a very professionally run business. First, thank you for correcting the problem. Comment? I understand there was fresh snow on the ground but the technician who was supposed to come between 8-10, came around 1:00. I was off from my work. Also the price I was quoted the night before was about $30 higher. After some discusion and calling the manager, the price went down and with a $15 coupon, it was reasonable because I know that companies charge just for coming to someone's house. The repair was "tiny", it just needed to put the sensor back on the track, which I did not know how to do myself. It seems to me like these sensors are very flimsy, it should be some kind of protection around them (or something) because just a tiny touch and the sensors fall off. The technician was polite and patient until we resolved the payment and the manager seemed to be reasonable to resolve the payment talking with the technician. Thank you.

I called Precision the morning of Friday Jan. 2 when my garage door spring broke right before New Year holiday. Barry was our technician and was exceptional. I purchased a bid deal for new rollers or a keypad on angies list. He walked through everything he was going to do before he started any work. We discussed possible options and decided on the rollers since the door was squealing a lot. He replaced the rollers, oiled all hinges and moving parts, and even adjusted the motor chain since it was sagging a bit. I will most likely replace this door in the next few months as it does not have safety features that the newer doors have, but this was a great service and definitely quieted the door on opening and closing. And since Angie's List actually takes most of the money from the deal I purchased on there, and Precision does not, this is even more impressive with the quality and level of service provided.
