My technician’s name is Keith. He was extremely professional, explaining what was needed and why. His appearance was very neat and he answered my questions in detail. What I really appreciated was not giving me a hard sale. I thought the price was rather high but he explained a few alternatives for me to consider. In the end it was my choice to have the garage door motor replaced which has resulted in satisfaction so far.

We were very happy with the quality of the work performed on the purchase and installation of our garage door. The technician was courteous and professional, and very efficient, getting everything installed in around 2 hours. The only downside was that the appointment was scheduled for 1pm and he did not arrive to 4pm due to the previous job taking longer than expected.

Did a google search, saw you had great reviews, called and got a live person on the phone (a biggie with me!!), made an appointment for the next day, you came when you said you would and fixed my problem (2 broken springs) and then came back the next day and replaced the rubber under the garage door which the chipmunks had eaten away. Keith did an excellent job! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Our garage door had been failing for a few months, but it works perfectly now that the springs and center bracket have been replaced. The cost for this service as well as a keypad adjustment and 2 additional remotes was less than expected. Very happy with the service.
