My technician’s name is Keith. He was extremely professional, explaining what was needed and why. His appearance was very neat and he answered my questions in detail. What I really appreciated was not giving me a hard sale. I thought the price was rather high but he explained a few alternatives for me to consider. In the end it was my choice to have the garage door motor replaced which has resulted in satisfaction so far.

We were very happy with the quality of the work performed on the purchase and installation of our garage door. The technician was courteous and professional, and very efficient, getting everything installed in around 2 hours. The only downside was that the appointment was scheduled for 1pm and he did not arrive to 4pm due to the previous job taking longer than expected.

Estimate for replacing doors. Employee who prepared estimate was on time, courteus, and quick. I can't rate the whole service yet since this is an estimate only. Final price on the estimate is a bit high. I have to think about it.
