On June 6, 2017, Mr. JR Queen came to our home with an estimate of our garage door replacement. He identified himself upon arrival and was very professional. "JR" as he prefers to be called reviewed the estimate, gave us a sample of new doors, explained the cost, as well as any applicable discounts. He also gave us an expected delivery date and estimated time for repair. His jovial, yet professional manner put me at ease. We were referred to Precision by friends with equal satisfaction. My doors haven't arrived, but I look forward to the installation. Thank you, Sharon McConnell

Couldn't have been happier with Precision Garage Doors. Called at about 0845 on a Saturday when a door came off it's tracks. Within 5 minutes I had an appointment. Technician (Barry) showed up within the allotted time frame. Diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it in a way even I, a mechanically challenged human, could understand. Fixed in 15 minutes. Barry was great. Would definitely recommend to anybody needing garage door repair.

The service was scheduled same day as the garage door spring broke. That was helpful since both cars were stuck inside. The service man came in the time 12-4 frame given at 2:30. He was done in about an hour. Instead of just repairing the single spring he replaced it with 2 springs which will hopefully help avoid getting locked in the garage again. Also he was very friendly and worked quickly.

After reading all the reviews about this company I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The technician Barry called prior to coming and showed when he said he would. Upon arriving and evaluating our garage door, Barry recommended replacing the safety cables that had been installed incorrectly by another garage company. He also suggested replacing our current garage door opener which was a screw drive with a belt drive. Barry took care of everything in a timely manner and did a great job. I would recommend Barry and also Precision Garage Door for all of your garage door needs.

Called first thing in the morning and a tech was at my door by noon. I opted to replace the opener I had and it was completely installed in about an hour and a half. The tech was Barry and he was very efficient and friendly. Very happy with the results.

I found Precision online. Expectation were met work wise. On a scale of 5 to 1 it was a 4. The technician was quick, knownledgeable and professional and knew his job. The price for the work done was very high. It took him 30 minutes to get the job done and the cost was almost $100 per ten minutes. A charge of $225 was good, but putting the service call on top of it made it to high, therefore a 4.

A very pleasant woman answered my call and told me that Darrell would be arriving in the afternoon between the hours of 1:00 to 5:00. She followed up with an e-mail confirming our conversation. Darrell did arrive during the hours given to me. He was extremely pleasant and got to work right away assessing what was wrong and what he needed to do to repair the door. He patiently answered all my questions and he quickly repaired the broken spring. I couldn't have asked for better service from him and from everyone else I spoke with in your organization.

After one Repair person told me I needed a whole new opener, Al came and determined that I needed new electronic eyes, which he replaced. I thought the price was a little high, but my garage door now works.

Precision sent a Tech out the same day of my initial call (Saturday). However they had to order a part. The tech temporary fixed the door so that it would operate over the weekend. First thing on Monday, they fixed the door as promised. $30 dollar off coupon on line, plus prompt service! No complaints!!
