The service reps were very timely. They indicated the problem and provided an estimate for the repair, I approved the estimate and they set out to take care of the problem. I was completely surprised with the quick response to my request as well as the date to perform the repair to my garage door opener. Moreover, unbeknownst to me, when the garage door opener was installed by another company the technician never installed the belt correctly which caused the belt to come loose. However, the Precision technician (Barry Cavazos) quickly identified the problem and made the repair. Mr. Cavazos was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained as well as showed me everything he was doing and he gave me pointers to maintain not only the garage door opener but my garage door as well. While he was there I also had him change the bottom weather seal which had deteriorated and being held together with gorilla tape. I am completely satisfied with the services provided by Mr. Cavazos and the Precision Garage door company and I highly recommend the company and will use them again if the need arise.

The company just came over to replace a broken Spring. They advised me to upgrate to a two small springs. It took them only 20 minutes which was great. However I over paid. They changed me $670. Ater doing some research i found out that other companies only charge between $300 $400. This is kind sad. They seems to be a good company with a good customer service but the price is a big NO NO. Because of the urgency of having a working harage door some company will take advantage of the situation.

Purchased two new garage doors and motors 2 months ago. When the home inspector came, he pointed out a safety feature had not been setup. I called Precision to remedy this. The person that came out charged me $195 for the callout. Unacceptable after sales service!

I was very pleased with Precision when our garage doors were installed many years ago. When I called on Tuesday for an appointment to repair the broken spring in one of them, an appointment was scheduled for the next day at a reasonable time. Barry came right on schedule, did the work quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure how it could be any better!

I contacted Precision Garage doors at 830pm and spoke with Becca. I explained the situation, out of the blue my garage door springs gave out and I was not able to raise the garage door., and Becca immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8-12. Barry (the technician) contacted me 30 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived promptly at 9am. The springs and cable needed to be replaced. Afterwards he lubricated all the installed parts and even took the time to lubricate the garage door opener chain! I would highly recommend precision garage doors for all your garage door needs. They are efficient and reasonably priced. They and Barry have become my go to company for all my garage door needs.

I attempted to program a second garage door opener. My efforts resulted in deprogramming two garage openers and the keyless entry pad. Additionally the garage door would not raise all the way. I contacted Precision Door Service and they sent out Barry. Wow! An efficient and professional technician. Within minutes Barry had everything reprogrammed and working! He even took the time to give me tips on keeping the garage door lubricated. Exceptional friendly service!

Excellent job by Barry! Great customer service! I like service people who repair but also teach you safe guards about your items. My garage door was functioning when I called. I just didn't like the way it was sounding like it was straining. I learned more about the mechanics about a garage door which made me happy about how I was so paranoid about how it was sounding. It had the wrong springs and support bolts that another company did. Now, the door goes up and down with little noise.

I only wished all companies were like this one! I called last night and surprisingly a lady answered the phone. She took my information (broken spring) and gave me an appointment in the morning. She said that she would send and email and that the installer would call before they came. All of this happened as promised. The technician, Sherman came by early and was a very nice individual. He explained I really needed two springs for the size door I had. I agreed to his suggestion and wondered why it didn't come with two springs. It took less than a hour to install the new springs. I am elated with the quality of work from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and you will too if you choose them for your garage door needs. All I can say is thank you!!
