Outstanding customer service and professionalism delivered today by Sherman. I have used Precision a few times in the 16 years I have been in this home. While I have always had good experiences, Sherman has been by far, the best technician I have encountered. I needed to reinforce a broken panel. Sherman put a temporary brace in place to keep the door from buckling. However, I also opted to replace the door as a better long term option. Sherman showed me samples and answered all of my questions. Great technician and extremely pleasant customer experience.

I scheduled the estimator’s appointment and within 2 days James was here, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable. I was prepared with a list of questions and he answered all before I could ask. James conquered my apprehension and was on point regarding materials, mechanics and variables of doors iand openers, etc. He sealed the deal. I received the estimate ate within minutes and have already forwarded to my HOA as required. He was professional and came within the time that was scheduled. Sherman was also trained on how to interact with customers during Covid 19. I have used these folks in Florida and Maryland for all my garage door needs and they do a superior job. The employees come, assess the situation, make recommendations and present options and then perform the work immediately or place the orders and return to perform the work with minimal delays. Prices are not cheap, but neither is the equipment or work performed poor.
