I was given a service window of between 2pm-4pm. Technician, Alan, arrived close to 2pm and was polite and professional. He informed me of what needed to be done, provided an estimate and began his task. Shortly thereafter, he completed the job and asked me to check for satisfaction. I had one spring and wheel off the track on one of my doors. I called Precision Garage Doors because I had used the company before and their information was right on the wall near the remote opener. I did not expect to spend nearly $500 to repair the one side. But the technician replaced the springs, coils, and wheels on both sides of the garage door. I went to Lowe

I would recommend your company's services to others. When contacted to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with a friendly and courtesy assistant. I was given a time that fit my schedule. When Michael (Mike) C. the technician arrived, he was prompt and conducted his self in a professional manner. He services to repair my garage door opener went over and beyond the standard repair. He inspected the door opener,answered all questions, identified and made all repairs to the door opener in a polite and professional manner. I would recommend Precision and strongly recommend Mike.

From first contact, Precision was the right choice...the woman who took my original call was very helpful and guaranteed that my tech would be there between 3-5, and Mike E was even early for my appointment. Once Mike E arrived, he was great to deal with, as he inspected the entire works of my garage door, tightening anything that looked like it would later be a problem. Job was done right, and I would highly recommend Precision, and particularly, Mike E !!

We contacted Precision and was able to get an appointment rather quickly. The bracket supporting the rear trackand spring had pulled out of the ceiling. Michael arrived on time and reviewed our situation. He had a challenge finding the stud to reattach the bracket but now it's mounted better than before. Good work Michael. We will absolutely recommend Precision to anyone in need of repair or new replacement.

When he was finished, he alerted me to the fact that our runners were old and would probably have to be replaced at some point. I avoided a new service charge by just having him fix them right now. Percision was refered to me by Home Advisors, and on a scale of 1-5 stars I give you guys a (2). Your service tech Alan was VERY rude and came in with an attitude. He said that he had a lot of calls to get too and did not have time to explain things over and over to me. I told him that I would pay for this service call, and let him get going to his next service call.

I called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday afternoon. The tech came close to 4, tried to sell us two springs instead of 1 and then said he didn't have the equipment to fix garage and could return Monday. My husband took off work on Friday, so he lost time at work, and we didn't have a working garage all weekend. Monday, the tech, Alan arrived also close to 4 and fixed the garage. He too offered 2 springs instead of one. He sympathized with me that Brian should have fixed it on Friday but didn't offer me any discount. I called the company main phone and got the $49 fee waived myself. The entire cost was $433 ($269 for the spring alone). I believe it was too high of a price to replace the spring and had we not already lost three days, we would have found someone else. I'm not pleased with the cost or initial service from this company.

Garage door spring broke last night and precision doors was able to come out and fix it today. The technician, Barry C. Was extremely courteous and quite knowledgeable. He readily explained every aspect of the problem and the job to me. He was efficient on the job and got it done within an hour. Barry really is a keeper - he even swept out the garage - pleasant surprise!! Here is the negative however; the price was really high - bottom line, serious mark up on parts. The only reason for 4 stars. Doing the work yourself can be dangerous, so ou pay the price. Despite that, I would call them again.

When our garage door suddenly wouldn't open it was a big deal for us. I'm recovering from knee replacement surgery and the front steps were to high for me to go up and down with out assistance. I called Precision, which was the company that we bought the doors from seven years ago. Alan arrived bright and early the next morning and replaced our broken springs in about a half hour. It was wonderful to once again get in and out of my home without assistance. Thank you Precision and Alan!!!

Excellent Service provided. This was an emergency situation. Precision was the only company I called. I was concerns with the cost of repairing the door and worried the technican may not be qualified. Well, the technican Barry put my concerns to rest. He was delayed because he was overbooked, which I understood. Since he was delayed, I received updates of his expected arrival time. Upon his arrival, he promply explained the work required to repair the door. I was impressed with his professionlism. He was honest and provided the best approach to resolve the issue. I don't know if I was overcharge because I walked away a happy customer. Importanlty, I will continue to use this company if their service is required.
