We were very happy with the service we received. We got an email confirming the appointment and telling us who the technician would be, a reminder email, and then a courtesy phone call letting us know out tech was on his way. The repair was done quickly and professionally and the tech was very friendly and professional. Overall great service. If we have any other repairs in the future we will definitely be calling again.

Our service tech Brian was great and knowledgable. I called on a Sunday night and someone from the company answered and scheduled my visit for the next day. Great service. The only suggestion, I was told the service call included the programming of my device, however, I learned from our tech that we are charged per device for programming. Thats the only difference between 4 star and 5 star for me.

I was extremely pleased with the prompt service I received from Precision Door for a broken garage door spring. I called with my problem at 9 AM and by 1 PM the same day my repair was completed. This is the second time we have used Precision and both times Barry was our technician. He did a fabulous job, was on time, polite and knows his stuff. This time he repaired our garage door, it wasn't opening and closing properly and one of the rollers came out of the track. Barry was done in about 30 minutes. He also called us from his previous job so we knew when to expect him.

I called Precision the morning of Friday Jan. 2 when my garage door spring broke right before New Year holiday. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and enthusiastic attitude to serve during what should be a long holiday weekend for many. Barry, Precision's top-notch technician, came right on time at noon for the 12:00 - 4:00 pm window I was promised. I was very impressed to see how Barry was so passionate with his work. He completed the service promptly just the way he described in detail for me. I highly recommend Precision should anyone ever need garage door services.

Keypad replacement under warranty should be free of charge. The persons who came did a nice job, except forgetting to set up Password of the second opener. None of the service performed below can be chosen and without it error appears, so I choose one of them at random.

Your company replaced an early GMC garage door opener with a new Liftmaster system several years ago and serviced it twice, the first time a few years ago and the second time yesterday. Barry did the installation to my complete satisfaction. When I called for service the first time, to my surprise, Barry was sent and did a great job at a modest price. When I needed service again a few days ago I called your company again and asked for Barry, if possible, and I was pleased that it was arranged even though he been reassigned to another area. I was very pleased to see Barry again, and the work was performed very well and, again, at a very reasonable cost. As a result of these three performances, I rate Barry's performances very highly! And I also commend the young lady who took my call and made the arrangements for Barry to respond to my request, and to the young technician who helped Barry perform the work, and finally to you the service manager for seeking my assessment of the company's performance. (Purchased and installed rubber strip on bottom of garage door door.)

Alan was our service man and he was outstanding. He explained everything to us and was courteous and efficient. We had a new motor installed and also purchased an extra remote control. We had used Precision once before and were so happy with that service that we definitely wanted to use them again.

I give 4 stars. I would have given 5 stars but the technician called me at the end of the Appointed time to tell me he was sick and he could not make the appt. True to his word, he did arrive at the appointed time the next working day. He was courteous and very professional. The Job was completed in a timely manner

The technician they sent was quick and courteous. He didn't sell things that weren't necessary. The difference in performance is night and day. One minor issue... For what i spent in door repairs (over 900), i wish he would have suggested replacing the door. if the prices were anywhere in the same ballpark, i definitely would have chosen a new door.

Truly excellent service. We needed our old garage door opener replaced.Service technician Barry was on time and extremely professional. He answered all my questions and was willing to accomodate me on placement of certain items such as the keypad and laser beams. My one minor complaint is that the company imposes a small service charge for hauling away the old equipment. For the price we are paying, that should be included. while I appreciate that the Company is not in the business of hauling away garbage, it did seem a bit chintzy to me to charge extra for service that is absolutely needed. Aside from that one minor issue, I would heartily recommend this company and technician Barry to anyone at anytime.

I read about you in Angie's List. The reviews you received were excellent and my assessment equals theirs. A very pleasant woman answered my call and told me that Darrell would be arriving in the afternoon between the hours of 1:00 to 5:00. She followed up with an e-mail confirming our conversation. Darrell did arrive during the hours given to me. He was extremely pleasant and got to work right away assessing what was wrong and what he needed to do to repair the door. He patiently answered all my questions and he quickly repaired the broken spring. I couldn't have asked for better service from him and from everyone else I spoke with in your organization.

I have used Precision several times. This time around I asked to have my garage door remote replaced and programed. The Tech world respond ed to my call was very knowledgeable, professional and practice fair business ethics. He even helped me over the phone to reprogram remote after I wiped his programming. The springs on my garage door snapped and broke, I immediately called Precision and they arrived at my home the same day and performed the necessary repairs. I was extremely pleased. In the future, Precision will be the company I use if I have any more garage-related issues.

Precision sent a Tech out the same day of my initial call (Saturday). However they had to order a part. The tech temporary fixed the door so that it would operate over the weekend. First thing on Monday, they fixed the door as promised. $30 dollar off coupon on line, plus prompt service! No complaints!!

I was given a service window of between 2pm-4pm. Technician, Alan, arrived close to 2pm and was polite and professional.
