The advertisement was quite detailed and made me confident that the company was legitimate, professional and the technicians were both professional and expert at their jobs. The technician, Barry A Cavazos, was punctual, professional and explained to us the things that were wrong beyond what we saw. He answered our questions so that we fully understood and made recommendations but didn't try to talk us into anything. He went over exactly what he was going to do and after completing the job, he had us to test out the repairs. He did an excellent job and I would recommend both the the company and the technician.

There was a miscommunication after the first service person did not have a required part and the second person came out not knowing the situation. My garage door broke the night before thanksgiving. We called the repair facility that originally installed the garage door in the first place. I had thought we may have had a relationship. Not only did they never called back that night but still has not responded. I went on line to look up broken springs. After a review I called on thanksgiving day. They not only answered the call but I was scheduled for the next day. They could not have been more courteous and professional. Garry was a seasoned professional and explained every step. I am very satisfied.

The serviceman called when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would and he replaced both springs on one of our garage doors and also four pulleys. The entire job was finished within the hour. The door goes up and down a lot smoother than it did before. I give them a five star rating for their service and professionalism, but I do think they are a bit pricey. With that being said, I didn't compare their prices. I used them because of the reviews I read on line.

Gary was awesome! I've been dealing with a competitor for three years and they didn't figure out how to fix the door. It has broken every six months or so. Gary arrived early, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and left quickly so I was able to get to work on time. He also gave me tips on how to keep the problem from happening again. He was awesome!
