Our garage door had been failing for a few months, but it works perfectly now that the springs and center bracket have been replaced. The cost for this service as well as a keypad adjustment and 2 additional remotes was less than expected. Very happy with the service.

When I called they agreed to come out right away. Arrived exactly when he said he would be there, was polite and did the work quickly. There should, however, have been a record that the springs were still under warranty.

Couldn't have been happier with Precision Garage Doors. Called at about 0845 on a Saturday when a door came off it's tracks. Within 5 minutes I had an appointment. Technician (Barry) showed up within the allotted time frame. Diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it in a way even I, a mechanically challenged human, could understand. Fixed in 15 minutes. Barry was great. Would definitely recommend to anybody needing garage door repair.

The advertisement was quite detailed and made me confident that the company was legitimate, professional and the technicians were both professional and expert at their jobs. The technician, Barry A Cavazos, was punctual, professional and explained to us the things that were wrong beyond what we saw. He answered our questions so that we fully understood and made recommendations but didn't try to talk us into anything. He went over exactly what he was going to do and after completing the job, he had us to test out the repairs. He did an excellent job and I would recommend both the the company and the technician.

I'm pleased with the service from my first time using Precision. There was a miscommunication after the first service person did not have a required part and the second person came out not knowing the situation. Precision rectified the situation and then sent out Ricky to make the repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and completed the work.

My garage door broke the night before thanksgiving. We called the repair facility that originally installed the garage door in the first place. I had thought we may have had a relationship. Not only did they never called back that night but still has not responded. I went on line to look up broken springs. After a review I called on thanksgiving day. They not only answered the call but I was scheduled for the next day. They could not have been more courteous and professional. Garry was a seasoned professional and explained every step.
