The technician they sent was quick and courteous. He didn't sell things that weren't necessary. The difference in performance is night and day. One minor issue... For what i spent in door repairs (over 900), i wish he would have suggested replacing the door. if the prices were anywhere in the same ballpark, i definitely would have chosen a new door.

Truly excellent service. We needed our old garage door opener replaced.Service technician Barry was on time and extremely professional. He answered all my questions and was willing to accomodate me on placement of certain items such as the keypad and laser beams. My one minor complaint is that the company imposes a small service charge for hauling away the old equipment. For the price we are paying, that should be included. while I appreciate that the Company is not in the business of hauling away garbage, it did seem a bit chintzy to me to charge extra for service that is absolutely needed. Aside from that one minor issue, I would heartily recommend this company and technician Barry to anyone at anytime.

I read about you in Angie's List. The reviews you received were excellent and my assessment equals theirs. A very pleasant woman answered my call and told me that Darrell would be arriving in the afternoon between the hours of 1:00 to 5:00. She followed up with an e-mail confirming our conversation. Darrell did arrive during the hours given to me. He was extremely pleasant and got to work right away assessing what was wrong and what he needed to do to repair the door. He patiently answered all my questions and he quickly repaired the broken spring. I couldn't have asked for better service from him and from everyone else I spoke with in your organization.

I have used Precision several times. This time around I asked to have my garage door remote replaced and programed. The Tech world respond ed to my call was very knowledgeable, professional and practice fair business ethics. He even helped me over the phone to reprogram remote after I wiped his programming. We will use him again both is Beltsville home and Randallstown md.

After one Repair person told me I needed a whole new opener, Al came and determined that I needed new electronic eyes, which he replaced. I thought the price was a little high, but my garage door now works.

Precision sent a Tech out the same day of my initial call (Saturday). However they had to order a part. The tech temporary fixed the door so that it would operate over the weekend. First thing on Monday, they fixed the door as promised. $30 dollar off coupon on line, plus prompt service! No complaints!!

He informed me of what needed to be done, provided an estimate and began his task. Shortly thereafter, he completed the job and asked me to check for satisfaction. Although the service was good it was VERY expensive, Over $500 for 2 new springs, rollers and cable on one door.... the parts cost about $150 max, the serviceman was only at my home one hour. I couldn't even get the $50 service charge credited. Merry Christmas

Barry and Gary came out the day prior to making the repair and gave a price of $300 to make the repair and service fee. While making the repair, Gary told me I would need to buy a part for $90. I was upset because they had quoted one price an then told me another. I am retired and single and went to the bank and took money out of my IRA account and had the check already made out. Barry was very professional and courteous and agreed to make the repair without the extra charge. Gary was rude and incompetent. So I have mixed review. I will stay with Precision and recommend to my neighbors and friends because of Bary and his willingness to make things right. But if Gary was the technician sent out, I would not purchase the service and would not recommend to friends, family and neighbors. Bary made the difference!
